  1. I don't really know about stalker builds. I'm trying to work on a couple of them, including a nin/nin.

It seems like your attacks are underslotted. Golden Dragon fly is you best damage outside of Hide.

I've only started my nin/nin, but this is the build i've thrown together to try at first.

  2. Something I tinkered with on my DB (Blinding Feint is very similar to Follow Up) is using a Lysosome and 5 crushing impacts (skipping the Acc/Dam/End). 33% accuracy and 20% to hit buff for under 10 mil works for me.
  3. It's 200s recharge for 120s duration

I use 2 membranes (66.6% recharges) and 157% global which shows the recharge of 61.7s in mids
  4. I'm kinda dissappointed in Electric Melee.
I knew it's damage when I went in though.

I will say, target switching does help with making sure CI hits multiple targets.
  5. LordPig

    Fm/sd

I just glanced at it. You're well under the cap on both AOE and Ranged defense (33% to each)

Against all Odds is over slotted. I'd move 2 of those into Superspeed and put a blessing of the zephyr set there.

Move the other slot to Active defenses to double slot for another membrane

2 slots from tough to stamina and 6 slot for performance shifter

I'd go more like this (and yes it does drop GFS)

This is just a quick play around and not sure of your play style and how this will fit with it. If it was me, I'd go with gloom and some other options.

  6. 5 crushing impacts (no dam/end) and an achille's heal proc
  7. Yes and no. Fire has an excellent heal available at a very low level while electric doesn't get it's heal until 20 and it's a longer recharge.

Power Sink drains endurance from foes so you're basically a sapper after level 36 (and slots in it). It's tier 9 is a "God Mode". I'm looking at my brute, but with tough it caps everything but toxic, psi and neg. The scrapper lower cap means that neg should cap.

I understand your feelings on fire/fire as mine is parked around 37 and has been for a while. Personally I've taken a em/elec and a dm/elec to 50 as brutes and am considering a spines/elec. I take a great deal of joy in draining the endurance from anything below an Elite Boss as lightning field tears the minions up.
  8. I would consider going fire/elec.

I took one to 38 and rebuild her as dm/elec. However the biggest hole in the set (for me on that build) has been corrected with energize. If I had energize on that ITF that made up my mind, she probably would have gone to 50.

I would also focus on high single target damage with your damage aura handing it out to the minions.

You can sap after 35, and those VEATS can basically soft cap you, depending on how they're built.

There's 2 stickied "results" threads that show the highest dps possible(with an extreme build) and the highest dps with a more average build. These compare scrappers and brutes.
  9. both my /elecs jump in and hit power sink right away (six slotted with efficary adapters)

    drains anything below an eb.

I slot lightning field for damage also.

Put 25-50% in Bane Spider Armor Upgrade or Wolf Spider Armor Upgrade

Heck, put 20% in Wolf and 30% in Bane. I haven't faced romans yet, but the throught of cascading defensive failure doesn't make me happy.
  11. It's a nice heavy attack, but that's way too high on the recharge, even if it does debuff resistance (which would explain the high recharge).

You can use pulverize with 119 base damage, a Mag 2 stun, 8 seconds recharge, 1.5s activation, and the ability to crit.

If i could get it at 41, I'd probably take it though. Heck, at 41, I'd really really think about taking it and dropping surveilance just to build a better attack chain.
  12. This is capped to all, it's actually pushed above with cloaking device, but I would think that's a necessity without defense debuff resistance (Unless I'm just missing it). This is the build I'm playing currently at 31. This is based on my experiences playing scrappers and brutes, and I suplement the low levels with my vet attacks. I don't know how it will perform at 50, but survelience, build up, shatter, poisinous ray, placate shatter will handle longbow wardens pretty effectively.

  13. Try a taunt enhancement in RttC would be my suggestion, and put taunt on auto when you enter the fray

My dm/shield scrapper pulls aggro off non taunting tanks with ease
  14. If you build smart, you can get the defense into the 25% to all range with little sacrifice.

You don't need both conserve power and power sink, personally I only use power sink and sap every group I hit.

I have both an em/elec and a dm/elec. The dm is definitely more survivable at higher levels.

I haven't looked at claws in a while, so I will try and take a peak for a build.

um, I still level on drops 90% of the time. I don't buy any enhancements until 22 if I can avoid it.

This, getting the necessary recharge can be very easy if you're /sr or even /elec
  17. I love it when noobs tell me not to attack hami, then i get to invite them to hold his aggro
  18. Just another thought to.

I try to keep a good eye for people attacking during hold. I've found personally, that sending them a polite tell will get them to stop, most of the time.

ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SHOULD BE ATTACKING HAMIDON ESPECIALLY NEAR THE HOLDERS!!!

People who are slotted well enough in invulnerability or regen are encouraged to stand in a group off to the side auto taunting Hami to geep Hami busy.

Mostly true, however, I use rattle's strategy when tanking hami. I use a ranged attack to supplement my confront. It helps the aggro stick to me and means that griefers or the inexperienced have a much harder time taking hami's aggro away.

Also, just because you're tuanting hami doesn't mean you're holding his aggro. I've seen people standing away (or under if DX and I are hover taunting) try to claim they have aggro.
