I just started this NB/Nin Stalker and have been using mids to try to design a good pve build for him i think it's pretty good. I eventually wanted to take him into pvp and do really well but not sure how to make an awesome pvp toon at all little alone a stalker. Listed below is my thoughts for a pve build, can anyone take that build and modify it to be an awesome pvp build? I would great appreciate the help i have no clue what i'm doing when it comes to pvp or stalkers.

I don't really know about stalker builds. I'm trying to work on a couple of them, including a nin/nin.

It seems like your attacks are underslotted. Golden Dragon fly is you best damage outside of Hide.

I've only started my nin/nin, but this is the build i've thrown together to try at first.

LordPig's build is definitely a lot better as far as PvE builds go. Of course, there's a few alterations I'd make (can't stand smoke flash), but as a 50 respec build, it works.

For PvP, there's a lot of power choices you'd want to make differently. You'll want the Concealment pool (Stealth, Invis, and Phase) as well as a Stealth IO. Super Speed combined with Super Jump for travel, not to mention Acrobatics and as many KB IO's as you can manage. For patron powers, Spirit Shark and Hibernate are good and pretty much standard in any PvP stalker build.

I'd echo Reiraku's thoughts, and I'd also add that you have zero means of
escape in any PvP zone in that first build.

Getting kills is (relatively) easy... Getting away scott-free? Priceless.

Unless your preferred exit is via the hospital, that means a few things to me:

A> An available travel power in all PvP zones.

B> Some form of Phase shift --> power pool, Etheral Shift, Hyper-phase etc.

C> Max Stealth... Hide + Stealth/Invis + Stealth IO... Without all 3, you
*will* be seen in all zones (except (maybe) in Bloody Bay).

D> As high an AoE and Ranged defense as you can manage (without gimping
other things). DR is a huge def hit, but, it can still help AS through certain
tick powers (quills, lightning field etc.). Of course, some things are auto-hit
and you just have to learn to recognize them and avoid or deal with them in
some way.

E> Sharks or Dark as a patron. Your biggest issue (imho) is getting the last
few HP on a kill - you need a ranged attack - whether you open, or close
with it is up to you, but you definitely will find it helpful. Most folks aren't
gonna stay put when you start attacking.

For stalkers, I'm less worried about the -KB protection than most, but some
is definitely warranted. 40+ points? Maybe not. YMMV.

I've not pulled these up in Mid's (I'm at work), so I'm not sure about slottings
and actual numbers, but the list I gave would be a minimum starting point
for any of my "PvP" stalkers...

Well I've got ninja run + swift + hurdle if that counts for a travel power lol

Not in PvP, it doesn't.

Ok well i'll rearrange some things for super speed and phase shift and post another build see if it's pvp worthy.

Ok I have reconstructed my build into a recommended PVP build. Feel free to take a look at it and critique. I really have no idea what to really do as far as IO sets go especially for PVP. I would hate to go out there and get stomped bad lol.

You're still missing super speed and super jump. Health is overslotted, Kuji In Rin is underslotted, the Fighting pool can be removed completely for better powers. Don't bother slotted stealth for Defense, since it adds a minimal amount. Also, that's a lot of PvP IOs you have there. I wish you the best of luck in affording all of them.
