The idea behind the untouchable proc is when Flash vibrates so fast that solid objects don't harm him. The rest of the bonuses in that set are meant to be thematic for someone with superior speed and reflexes, even if they need some tweaking.

The +resistance in the heal set is meant to protect a target so you don't have to spam them with another heal right away. Not sure he best way to achieve that.

The general idea with the sets is to throw in some unique things that we don't have.

Targeted AoE has limited sets and players have wanted purples for healing/resistance/defense since IOs came out.

Currently 22 toons each with 500m-1.8b on hand and more in bids/sales.

I craft twice a day, though not every toon has niches that turn over that fast.

Also Acrobatics has been added back to my build since i19 so that I can save on slots, and as has been noted doesn't cost that much endurance.

Combat Jumping + Weave + steadfast protection: res/def will get you around 15% defense. I'd recommend Obliterations and Touch of Death to help up the melee defense.

it may be possible but you'd have to try gimping yourself to get it .

ice storm is ok with high recharge builds, where it is similar dps to fireball.

is there a way to get CIT to show me total inf. I have or are you guys just adding it up manually ?

I have no intention of deleting the SG once I hit the number one spot - it will be there as a reminder that someone is insane enough to continually burn inf out of the system. If I were to just throw the inf. onto toons and delete them, there would be no running tally of how much effect I've had.

I'm sure I could ask the other 88s to fork over the last 50b I need to topple the spot before the EE event (one person already offered ) but I'm not doing this to be a dick and diminish a full fledged SG's efforts, I'm doing this because I can.

I'm one person, so I'm sure EE as a group could burn buckets of inf. more than me, it's only logical. Whether they chose to do so or not is up to them.

A quick glance at the face and you might be fooled but any examination of the picture itself shows clear signs of it being painted/cg instead of real.

dev seeding of market items would help sink inf. because 100% of sales to the dev toon that listed the item would be out of player hands.

The more space they allow players the easier hoarding and jacking prices up becomes. So it's a trade off of how much can they risk letting players hoard vs convenience.

A SG accolade to boost salvage rack space makes sense to me.

I burned 4.4 billion today on the Guardian 88s. I'm now at 99m prestige and ranked 9th overall on Guardian.

+regen is a solid benefit to an invul. Mine hits 50 hp /sec or so with dp up and it certainly helps.

I actually agree with ultimo here - those changes would be nice, if rather unlikely.

The sale will remain in the sold tab and be there until you claim it successfully. Just throw 500m-1b into email or into an impossible IO bid and claim your inf.

inf. over cap cannot be claimed - email some to yourself or bid on some level 51-53 IOs.

I didnt think to buy canes before the market merge. I bought 6 or 7 600-800m pancea procs instead and sold them for 1.5-1.8b each after merge. Seemed the best thing to do.
