I always wondered why the more mature comics where never done.. Those that can be popular by people who never touched a comic in their life.

Above-right is Elizabeth still with only a few zombies and in her original costume. Over 4.5 years ago.
I started her the first week of May. As I only had teh COV box it would have to be a villain. Thought long and hard about the most evil things and beings I knew or could remember. From memory I came on Elizabeth Bathory and as a vampire. So looked for the best powersets to go with lifedraining vampire powers. My memory sucked though. And I mispelled her name as 'Elizabeth Balthory'.
So I started my Necromancy / Dark Miasma. Knowing her legend/history I created my SG at level 10. And ofcourse I wanted to check how base editing would work. And the 'Court of the Blood Countess' was born.
My gaming was baaadd... Died so many times... It took me at least 6 months before I learned that you could drop inspirations on your pets?! But I had FUN! Managed to play whole nights long. And the debt! So high back then. It took me way over 5 months to get her to 50. And I didnt had altiris back then.
The moment name changes became possible I changed it... and noticed many versions of the name where taken. Except for the officially written one 'Bathory Erzsebet', at the same time I changed my global to @Elizabeth Bathory.
Now.. she was my first 50... and she is my first incarnate... and she is my main rp toon. And the character I keep returning too. My first is still my main! And I am sure she will be my highest min-maxer ever... -

You are correct it would not be an RPers way of doing things, but not everyone plays this game to RP or just play a small handful of toons. Totally different topic in and of itself whether or not they should... I just figured someone would have asked by now is all.

You want the reward... you will have to play for it. And on every character. Sorry there are no shortcuts here! I have a huge number of alts... and I am still glad its not a global unlock. -

Post the .cbz for everyone. It's more enjoyable to read a digtal comic in a comic book reader then a web browser.

It could use some tweaks.. but I enjoyed reading it. And I cannot say that from all fan made comics.
The models are great... and they give emotions and gestures way better then screenshots would have been able too. So overall a nice comic. I saved the pages to make it a .cbz (can mail it to you if you like) but I noticed I missed a cover. So you will have to finish it :P And after that... post it in the creative section.

Master of badges are to make this game challenging. To make the same TF you done countless times a new challenge. I love them... Even if the Barracuda one took me ages.
Now... I see everyone who is excluding people and trying too hard to make the perfect team as over achievers without any idea of fun. With any good team buildup you can do an Mo. And that is not the tanker, healer, DoT combo for all... I have seen succesfull Mo's with other team combo's too. -

Introducing a Raid heavy endgame onto an MMO that's been running for 7 years was always going to be incredibly divisive, on a level that makes AE and PVP and the rest of the hot spots look like the niche content they are. CoH has always been a brilliant exception to the norm of MMO progression, until now. Now, if you want to progress in the endgame at a sane rate then you'd better like Raiding, because that's what you're going to have to do.
Once you start on the endgame path you can't stop it, and I fear that we're going to see new Raid content eat up more and more development time in the issues to come. It will also continue to fuel never ending argument on the forums, between the haves (who Raid) and the have-nots (who don't), because that's what endgame does in every MMO that has one.
This isn't doom-crying. This is fact. If we keep on this path, and I've seen no sign that we won't, then the game is going to look very very different in a year or two from what it does now.

There is new raid content for high level toons yes... But the lower level stuff is still there. And its not getting less.. it' s getting bigger.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THE TRIALS OR THE RAIDS... BE CONTENT WITH YOUR 50 AS HE/SHE IS!
...and simply start a new alt.
For me.. I will do my best on one toon... my main. The rest still does the content at a slower adn lower rate. Why be compulsive about having to be the top powered toon in the game! Certainly not for PVP.. as the whole incarnate part is disabled there. -

The Launcher isn't showing my Euro version of the game - it's only showing the American one, and the American Test and Beta servers, and is telling me I need to install a Euro verison even though it's already installed.
Also: If I have any version of COX installed its very strange if the software still mentions the software in the uninstalled list.

Ok.. I installed the launcher from scratch.. while already have the EU version installed and working... This is what I got!
- I seem to have only the US version detected!
- Why do I still see the old updater starting after I start the game from the launcher? That seems unnecisary!
- How come I see under teh installed version in the list of uninstalled games still City of Heroes?
Seems like there are a lot of bugs here! Fix them before going live/force it upon us! -

Co-op content has to be heroic by default, otherwise Heroes wouldn't be able to do it.
Saving the world is heroic, but it's also something Villains can do because they want to take over the world themselves.
Its already is my world.. I am just a bit slow taking it over. Now get the *bleep* of my territory! -

If this is the setting for another Incanrate Trial, then it's likely to be co-op - Villains have to help Heroes defend the world from Tyrant and the loyalists. -
I like to be able to make a new toon the moment I get struck by a creative idea. But as I just made my 36th alt on UNION that is limited to Defiant. Now.. I dont hate playing on Defiant... but my globals and SG's are all on UNION. I like playing there just a tad more. And now I cannot anymore create new ones there.
I would gladly pay for more slots! -

The Court of the Blood Countess is a Gothic Horror Themed SG. Real active too.
The base is in-theme and huge! Complete with everything the game gives available for it. (We are rank 6 on UNION). Everything that fits in our theme is welcome...
We do tf's, badge hunting, team ups, and some casual roleplay. Have twice a week gatherings.. but we are active enough to have people on every evening. We also run a global channel.

Farming to me is gaining rewards by redoing the same (often boring) content over and over again. When this reward is xp it is also called power levelling.
With that in mind I am proud to say I never farmed with intent! Everytime I get surprised by something that smells like a boring farm, I leave. I dont care about the rewards... I am not doing something that gets me bored out of my skull in no time and doesnt have any challenges at all! -

My cat girl Nightseye couldnt use any part of the animal pack in her basic anamorphic look... but she is the avatar/incarnate of the goddess Bast. So I gave her a costume slot to show this off...

The Praetoria tech of zoning should be enabled in all old zones.. and Cimerora. Even though the zones are still seperate the loading and appearing on the same spot on the other side gives the illusion of one big zone.
And that is what we like to have at least.
I like to be able to fly in cimerora to the Oracle island. Without needing to go into the ITF! Its there.. I can see it! Let be fly to it (even if there would be a blue screen to hit and loading that places me on the other side and same spot). -
Check the European Forum Section for this and you get pages and pages of the same idea and ways to implement it. This is a VERY VERY often asked feature.
Merge the Server Lists!
Remove the seperation!

Erm, one thing here. Chances are if you're exempted down to 25 then chances are a lot of your Set Bonuses won't work, unless you've been slotting with level 28 or Purple IOs.
Power-wise you'll have your level 26, 28 and 30 powers. Obviously how hard this hits you is powerset dependent.
This is already too much in this game.
