    Because they're not real TFs.
  2. Forum rules apply to PMs as well. Issues with GMs should be discussed and handled with them.
  3. Like I said use the IN GAME petition function, then when you get an email on your outside email account, correspond with them there.
  4. You should be able to use the support site to open a ticket, not sure what your problem is.

Make sure your email on your Master account is current. File a /petition ingame under Harassment and conduct. Ask politely to have your issue escalated to a senior GM.

Guides almost never did that though. They were very very rarely written for the new person leveling up. Not to mention the kinds of make or break decisions you're talking about only exist very rarely in today's game. Is there an ideal? Yup. Does it matter much if you don't know it and just pick what seems cool? Not really.

The kind of person to look for guides is the kind of person with their head on straight enough that they almost don't need them. Like Aett said, it often boils down to a few pertinent questions about very specific things, and that kind of help isn't best handled by a guide.

    WaitWHAT?

Helps if you say what you think it means.

help channel isn't a regular Global Channel and doesn't have the same kind of limits.

They've stated on numerous occasions that they won't be going back and making old enemies/missions/foes harder to compensate for new things they add.

As others have said, you're just going to have to wait for Incarnate themed content to feel challenged when running with a team of Incarnates.

Of course, if you regularly lead old TFs you could try turning on the Players Debuffed or Enemies Buffed settings, but I wouldn't recommend doing that without warning your team first.
  8. It does split INF too. I've run into this issue before on a pacted 50.
  9. suppressclosefxdist 3000 should cover it.

hehe me too. I shut mine off and waited for it to fade before I took my pics.
  12. RoboLemur has always had a Nemesis disguise but the addition of the backpack perfects it I think.

  13. Just an added note. The power from the Steampunk Pack is essentially the same as Jump Pack with a new graphic. The above bind will work just as well if you replace the power name.
  14. The bind I use on most of my characters may be helpful to you:

    /bind C "++up$$powexectoggleon jump pack"

Not only does this syntax turn on the pack with no chance of accidentally shutting it off, the ++up works like holding down the jump key, until you press something jump again.

It's very handy for stopping falls, or for just launching yourself straight up to get over something tall.
  15. Right clicking on any Incarnate power (crafted or not) selecting Info then selecting the Detailed Info tab will tell you exactly what each pet does.
  16. Fallen Earth and Star Wars: Galaxies use cloning stations which in essence are the same thing.

Who is "they" in this case? Some reporters? (rhetorical question, I read the piece)

It's just more speculation from random examiners. The assumption being made is there's an actual object there, and I'm not convinced.
  18. I think Silent Blade shows up in that mission (all the tips run together for me now so if I'm wrong so be it). And she is indeed a Kat/Nin. Not a stalker though, because NPCs don't do that so well.

However, what do you mean by credit? I assume you mean they could get an alignment change, they could get 50 merits (if it was their first time or they are a Rog/Vig), or they could get an alignment merit, or any applicable combination.

I still have yet to get an A-merit, but I think I understand how it works generally, so help me out if I'm not making sense.
No in that case, by credit I mean, another tick on their Alignment bar towards the next 10/10. But as I said, only if there's still room on their Fame Bar. Wasn't talking about changing alignments or picking different rewards, because your example was specifically about Reinforcing alignment for alignment merits.
  20. You haven't missed Issue 19. Hasn't happened yet.

You're absolutely correct. However there's nothing wrong with questioning changes in the way those rules get applied.

It's not the rule that's foolish, at least it didn't use to be. It's the decision to change enforcement of that rule into a literal hardline interpretation instead of a pragmatic one.

There's always been a rule about comparing contrasting with other games. Even before Mod8 handled the updates to the forum rules. However it was never strictly interpreted to mean that any mention of any other game was taboo until now.

It allowed for mentions and discussion in context as long as it didn't turn into a "versus" style shouting match.

There was a lot more to the decision to move than that. Those were the most egregious public events and thus the ones people remember, but there were plenty of other reasons and a lot more discussion than just a shoot from the hip decision on Ex's part.

It's not in thread complaining, it's a reply to something the moderator himself posted here. If it were random griping, you'd have a point. However this is an attempt at a discussion with the person who made the statements in the place he made them.

No. Because when you are 10/10 and do a Morality Tip, your Alignment bar clears and you are no longer 10/10.

Your Fame bar does not clear. But if you happen to have free spots left, you could do another Tip Mission(s) or a Morality Mission and get more credits on your alignment bar.
