Incarnet LORE descriptions are worthless

Right clicking on any Incarnate power (crafted or not) selecting Info then selecting the Detailed Info tab will tell you exactly what each pet does.

See Dispari's All About Incarnate (Alpha through Destiny). You have to scroll down a ways to get to the lore stuff, but there are screen shots of the pet's abilities there.

It's the interface powers that have somewhat useless descriptions. As far as I'm aware, the only way to determine how much they debuff is by checking out the enemy with a Power Analyzer.

All of the items you can choose describe what they do except for Lore.
It has absolutely the lamest descriptions of what's going on, a technically correct answer but absolutely worthless to help you choose.
What does an IDF Ally do? you can't find out from the description given by Lore. The description by lore is you get an IDF Ally... big huge help.... same description for seers... you get a Seers Ally.
What does seers do, what do they all do?
so far my IDF ally just stands there and looks pretty.
