So in other words, if they had put more effort into the actual signature story arcs that they expect people to pay for, this never would've been a problem in the first place?

The user gets all the same benefits of Chrono Shift that any allies can get.

I was thinking, could you use hasten, then chronoshift, then burnout then back to hasten again and chronoshift again, would that make you a recharge machine? I think it would possible make your team a recharge machine as well.
You really don't even need Burnout in that condition. You only need enough +Recharge to make Chrono Shift permament, which, with Hasten, isn't especially hard. Granted, it's still impossible for Defenders, 'cause their Chrono Shift is bugged, but that should be fixed eventually.

Whats gives better on recharge on powers in list Accelerate Metabolism or Chronoshift?
Chrono Shift gives +20% more Recharge, but Accelerate Metabolism lasts 30 seconds longer. AM also keeps it's +Recovery for its full duration, whereas Chrono Shift's drops fairly quickly.

Probably. But it amuses me in a way (and frustrates me a bit in another) that engaging more in "productive activity" actually results in less production.

Well, one might suggest that sitting around doing nothing while waiting for the queue to fill or for a raid to form is more a problem not be willing to not do the same work.

Soloing allows for more activity, but less produced from that activity under the current system.
  5. My only real hope, regarding limited time purchase stuffs, is that if it's not purchased and not available in the store, I'm hoping it also won't be clogging the costume creator with pieces there's absolutely no way to use.

No, but you can cancel any buffs you don't want by right-clicking on their icons now.

Your character wasn't classified as a hero before running a Morality mission? News to me. All my characters were quite clearly either Heroes or Villains the day i18 hit. And many of them have racked up quite a few Alignment Merits without doing a single tip, by converting regular Merits. That isn't any sort of justification for the change.
  8. Not with the inherent change, but I seem to recall Stamina was nerfed around the same time as the most recent Accuracy nerf.

Unfortunately, I don't think the devs see it as a bug. It's been deliberately set up this way now.
What really bugs (no pun intended) me is that the first arc now awards only the booby prize to people who actually run it in the level range it's meant to be run in. If they're going to nullify the ability to choose this many rewards from the table, then why not just make all SSAs into level 50 missions in the first place?
  10. And coming to #1 in our top 10 "least surprising #1 choices in a top 10" list is...
Not that it should've been something surprising, mind you. Sometimes things are the obvious choice for a reason.

I'm a little bummed The Tick only made #8, though.

This, this, this, a thousand times this. The queue is completely useless as long as I have to sit around doing nothing for it to work. Not to mention that the few things I could do while not running missions like, say, update costumes or work on an AE arc? Also don't work with the queue. This feature has been, just all in all, a real failure. Not one that can't be corrected, mind, but the fact that it could be and it hasn't really only adds to what a failure it is.

This was my reaction. Just...really? Seriously? This is just kinda dumb, to be honest.

I don't recall, but both arcs thusfar have connected things back to Sister Arlia in Cimerora.
  14. The only time I've really seen people be told to keep Des back is during the Regenerating/Lichen War-Walker fight since she we will Leeroy the frack outta that thing, making it extra difficult in the second phase to pull it to a spot where there are fewer Lichens to worry about. As a level 54 AV, she's pretty sturdy when she's not left to fight alone.

Of course, removing her pointless, pantsless behind from the trial would solve everything.

If you're actually taking as long to finish the trials as most groups do to get started in the first place...you're either taking them awfully leisurely, or you've got like ten dual-boxers in your group.

It's kinda sad when you're worse at your assigned role than Flambeaux.

They're Praetorians. We don't give a **** as long as we can make the Well stop loving Tyrant. Everyone is fodder in the attempt to win the multiverse's most important popularity contest.

I guess "teleporting away when your health gets low after doing absolutely nothing else" is a power of sorts.

The only thing more frustrating than doing raids in order to get stuff is doing raids and not getting stuff, even if that means getting it later. If I'm going to be running a hundred of 'em anyway, it's more fun to be able to fill in my slots while I'm in the process.

Thanks for announcing this before I start another round of Incarnate considerations. I'll hold off on grinding any more raids until I see what's coming.
  24. The Celestial Rifle can, yes. The barrel's held a little low, so it clips with the character's left hand, but it's all that visible from the normal camera position. Not sure about the others.
