Personally, I'd go fire/fire for AoE, and if you using PPPs then the AoE Immob out of one of the sets would work wonders with Burn.

Never, ever in all my days playing my Ice/Storm have I seen Jack use Ice Block from range, as his hold is Freezing Touch*, the tanker/blaster single target melee hold.

*which, might I add, does nice DoT.

The trick to getting Jack Frost into melee, where he really shines, is to let him get attacked, somehow this switchs him from range mode to melee mode. Once he gets attacked he will run in and swing that sword around like theres no tomorrow.

Do you really need 4 Recharges in Hasten?

It's the action itself. I would not blame someone for an unexpextedly poor outcome if their action itself was just.

I'm level 24 atm wit hmy Mind/Energy and I can say that it isn't hard to solo, think I'm on the middle rep.

Ok more than 3 mobs at a time is a challenge but its doable.

SR doesn't have Res to fear, but it does have Res to Confuse.

If you can bare to wait for I7, then Thugs are ranged and the 3rd teir pet works in melee, the +damge it get from Fury over time and the level 38 power in Posion with see you dishing out very nice damage.

If the suppression works how I think it works (lasts 15 secs and only suppresses the same type of mez, eg. Hold/Stun/Sleep) then you can be perma controlled.

Thats perma controlled, not perma held.

My guess is, as its main job is not +Def but +Stealth, the Def from it will be quite low (less then 10%?), I'm sure it's just Cloak of Darkness with a different name and animation.

Ice Slick + Freezing Rain + Snow Storm is great!

Tornado is the only reason I keep Frostbite in my build to keep them from being thrown around. Nice (if small) AoE damage.

Unless you learn to work with Hurricane, then yes it can be annoying, if you do learn to work with it, it adds a whole new level of control to your build.

Not sure what you mean by this, taking the Med pool set or empathy power set?

If you mean Med, then at least that way you can heal yourself if needs be.

Superior invis is very nice and alot better than Group or Steamy, tbh, either take Group invis or Steamy Mist as they don't stack with each other.

Spetral Terror is, since ED, is the main AoE control power, mez-wise that is, Phantom Army is the other AoE taunt control.

There is more to add, I'm just not in the mind set to think of them atm
