In the last mission though you have to be lvl 50.
I tried helping with a lvl 40'ish and when we came to the last mission, I could not enter.

A few other exclusive ones would be the NPC hero/villains in RV. You have to be Rogue/Villain to take down the hero npc's and vice verse for Villains.

You "could" do the long hog and get "Isolator", but I do believe you might have to be hero for it to be rewarded (as it is a tutorial badge).

The Day Job badges are also amongst this list. You can get progress on them as Vigilante/Rogue, but only get them when you fully cross over.

Also if you do the crossing over there are badges for this (Keeping your alignment for 7 days, doing a morality mission for each step, and coming full circle.

The status of the Respec badges on the other side... I'm a little hazy on those. Hope for more information by the Devs on these (before I go wasting respecs).

For the AE entertainment there is the "doing a mission that is set on Heroic" (works hero only), you wont get the badge as villain. (Atleast I did not get the villain version until I changed alignment)

And then the various Gladiator badges that depends on various badges that are alignment. Example Reaching lvl 10 vill side to get "Wolf Spider Enforcer". Or being held for 10 hours for "Wailer Queen" . These (several more) are only awarded to fully gone over to the other side.

Added some thoughts about Mastermind (and Red sided raids)
Short version: I believe they will have to use their Secondary powers more in the Raid, rather then their pets.
To make certain that their pets+50 players will not make some in the raid force with not a super-duper pc and graphic card lag out.

If they are going to use their pets, these pets must be controlled and kept on a leash (passive and attack my target only).

Since the MM do have a good secondary for either healing, debuffing or buffing then their role in the raid will reflect this more.
Pain Domination and thermal will be able to fill the role of the Healer in the Yellow tank team or Hamidon Tank team.
The Dark and Poison will be able to debuff alot and the shield (traps?) will be able to buff the raid force.

Thus to conclude my thoughts:
MM's will be more of support.
They can be the damage dealer in the Yellow mito /Main tank team, for shards.
Most likely the Aux team will be comprised of MM's that will use their various powers (maybe a pet or two) to keep the raid force alive (buffed) and the targets (mitos) held or debuffed.

I guess a new zone medieval times and new emotes.

New powers or being able to control mech's of some kind.

I get the feeling of new higher zone content in Praetoria, and a new Hamidon Raid there. (Groups of 8 with a master at the helm)

I do look forward to seeing images etc from test, cause I'm going to keep my expectations low (Thus, not getting too disappointed of hopes and dreams shattered )

Has happened to me a few times as well. I did get a little "huh?" moment when I logged in on WW and saw roof etc had fallen down and cluttering the scene (although other chars jumped up and behaved normally). When I exited WW I did not see anything wrong, but when I returned inside it was the same (bugged). A relog did help vs that.

I'd guess that the incarnate thing is more of a private thing. Its not a sudden influx of incarnates that pop up, but more that of personal development, more of a selected few souls.
"We" (the playerbase) are the selected few, but we are not thousands of incarnates. I'd say it goes on an even more slim list then even the "Destined ones". And yet that is sort of the only thing In game that I can allude to.
Remiel talks to You (single term), and yet "We" (all playerbase) is this "you" (single term)

Said it before and I say it again.
As you I'm a badger, but I was not playing the game at the time of the two first anniversary badges.
I know there will be some badges that I will never earn... and I'm fine with it.
Sure it looks a bit off on the sheets, badge-hunter or cohtitantracker that you have a few badges that you will never earn, but hey... thats life.

I do not want to buy them with merits/candy canes etc as I have a feeling it really will cheapen these two coveted badges (ok 3 badges). They as all anniversary badges are a gift given to the player characters that log in during the time. As a "I was here playing and I got the badge to prove it!"

Hope we get it solved. Weird thing it happened a few weeks after the server move. Now not one night/session goes by that I do not see the "connecting...".

The hate stems through the "Get it now" mentality that many of us got (atleast it does for me). After all I've made certain that a lot of day job badges have been gained through 21 days of being logged off that char.
In other words, 21 days non stop of not playing the char that you love X amount of day job badges.

Did get all the day jobs on my main badger a couple of days ago. Thank goodness. Now I can actually play my character. No longer do I have to be obsessed with where I park her etc.

I hope there will be NO more day job badges.

And who knows how many you will need for the Beta.. etc Slots, or if there is different shards all together?

First character took me a bout 3 months, I took it slow, my second character...
Meh.. not far from 3 (or beyond) months aswell. (But I must admit in the end my motivation was to get a vill to 50 so I had one)
My third (empath) took way longer, mostly due to her being mostly in character (Yes I roleplay... from time to time now)

I enjoy the arcs and the path to 50 and alot more, so to OP's question:
