I have tested this several ways in beta and the choice I have liked the best is focusing on global recharge......yes recharge. Aim gives you the tohit you need for uber snipe. I was able to incorporate aim and snipe as a "psuedo combo" attack in my chain and I am very pleased with the result.

To answer the OP question in simple terms.

Damage.

I have read and tried to understand why exactly so many people think they need fixing and I just don't see it. The AT requires some thought to play. That appeals to me. Buttom mashers should play something else. Period.

Just to be clear....I can pay 650 points for a stealth 4 legged toggle that wont allow the use of anything else at all including inspirations when in it, or I can buy a celerity stealth IO for 260, drop it in sprint and it can be used with just about everything whenever I want?

Considering Scott did not write Prometheus, any shout out would have come from Spaihts or Lindelof.

Why?

Painful to solo.
Damage buff was barely noticeable.
"needs" a team to feel powerful.

Strengths available in better ATs thus redundant leading to re-reading the above list.

Street Justice would be real nice.....but if you cannot wait, I absolutely love my Stone Melee/EA. tons of smash, mitigation, fast attacks, tons of smash....oh and the new EA is really cool. =)

Yea, it started out as something else and I forgot to move it as it evolved.....my mistake.

The issue I am seeing is with the shop buttons on some of the window frames right next to the X to close button.

I have always thought the X to close was way too small of a mouse target to begin with and now it is competing with a larger shop button. I occasionally hit the shop button trying to hit X when closing recipe or salvage windows.

While this is nothing game breaking or earth shattering, I would like to suggest the following ideas (in no particular order):

1. Remove the shop buttons from the window frames.
2. Move the shop buttons to another location as not to compete with something else.
3. Consider a redesign of the X to close and float icons into something similar to the "box" type button Shop enjoys now. (This would be by far the most helpful change across the board).
4. Make the prompt "Hide Paragon Market button" apply to the window frame buttons as well as the UI app icon.

So, with way too much time on my hands I poked about the forums and noticed a common theme with regards to the new VIP server Exalted. It appears to me many players will stay grounded in their home server(s) and may move retired or under played 50s to the new server.

Should we perhaps rename the Exalted server to the Exhausted server?

Awesome post. Looking through the oldest site it has, all the links work. The Heroes desktop and 5th column desktop files....now saved. lol

And we had villian groups called Fear Factor and Killing Crew in the works back then? lol wonder who they became? Skuls? Hellions?

I have played around with this and found my nuke slows me down now days.

Fire/Ice blaster running 5 toggles.

Assuming I have no blues, if I nuke, I lose my toggles and end for that period of time essentially putting me on the bench for a minute. Where if I kept up my high DPS I am far more efficient and no down time.

Granted I could hold my nuke till have a couple blues on hand, but honestly I have seen my DPS and efficiency much higher skipping the nuke.

Yesterday during the server-apocolypse, I just ignored this as part of what was going on. But today myself and others have been experiencing an issue with global being gone and unavailable after zoning into an instance or zone. Once zoned again, they return.

Discussion about this also led to information this had happened before yesterday's nonsense as well.

Before you got to the "Rest" part of the story, I thought you were learning about Nemesis Lts the hard way....

In case you are new enough to not know this, when the Lts are killed, Vengeance is cast on all near by friends with +def and +tohit.

I saw the globals go down today as well....most likely just the server that handles them was acting up....does happen occasionally.
