  1. Added Harbringer of Hamidon to Post 2.

    EDIT: Gave it an Icon
  2. Added Ridia's shifter as an alt version pf Morpher. (see post 2.)
  3. Added Trilby's Resistance Fighter, gave it a stalker-ish feel with some support ability.
  4. I like how the combos are set up, but I actually wish there were more combos. E. G. Headshot(foe +DoT, chance to blind)
  5. /signed. I tried out some recipe powers, and while fun, I found their variety lacking.

I would like to see a Hamidon Creature EAT. With nasic bature attacks til lvl 20 at which point you respec and choose to become a plant/fungus DE, Beast/Devoured DE, Earth/Crystal DE, or :drumroll: a new Aqua DE [to be released at a future date :P but has lots of already in game water based powers and fx, borrowing from leviathan mastery and hydra head's attacks, and poison's liquidy attacks, the bubble path aura, and maybe some ice. ] the title power would be the self transform shield for each branch effectively making you a Hami Nature Creature.

i guess secondaries would be first will power type self buffs, then once branched, based off of the various trees with shields and pbaoe stuff

    lol just an idea XD
I think this would actually be perfect as a PEAT...Praetorian Hamidon making a special Tellurian plague that creates sleeper agents that can pass for human...

Not sure on full powers ... but it would be fun. I might actually make one and keep playing it.
I actually had a suggestion exactly like this...before you suggest AT's, try to check what's been suggested. I don't mind similar suggestions, as long as they're not identical.

    CoH the Musical

Based on the pose of both Dr. Furter and Tyrant in the above post, I'm not sure if they're disagreeing with what they're quoting, or casting Cole as Frank!

But seriously, I could see Montague Castanella as the Criminologist.
  9. Gotta go with TA. Seems like it could be interesting if not for Tech hassles...
  10. I like the Midnighter, but I think it could be really great as a PEAT...The midnighters slowly trying to reform after their destruction at the hands of Tyrant and Master Midnight... I could see that.

EDIT: Added Midnighter EAT (See Post 2).
  11. Huyeah...
Blasters are useful. They deal more damage than nearly any other AT. That AoE and ST.
Brutes can dish out huge sums of damage. Damage is always useful.
I have known many controllers which take no buffs. Want buffs? find a Defender or Corruptor.
Dominators can deal pretty darn good damage when built well.
MM pets are annoying when not reined in. They can be reined in.
Scrappers can, under the right circumstances, save a team. I've watched so many scrappers rip apart swathes of enemies in mere moments, with only ST attacks.
Stalkers, especially with the revamps, are stille effective combatants, although less durable than scrappers.
Tankers aren't necessary, but neither are Defenders. Or Blasters. Or any AT on their own. But they can be necessary for rounding out a team in need of an aggro holder.
IOs can give everyone a high defense, but Tankers will still last the longest. more HP. Easier to reach Def cap. Can handle damage more readily.
You get one Judgement attack every friggin' half-hour. That, in a well-fought battle between a well built group and a reasonable AV, should not lead to that many uses of it. let alone repeated uses where AoE would matter.
Why are you so obsessed with AoE damage, anyway? There is still much to be had from ST.

I don't see them ever changing that.

Bringing forth a different dimension Stefan? Sure. We need some balance to this overabundance of Statesman ubermenschen Bring Praetorian Stefan's rotten carcass (possibly skeleton by now ) out of its resting place? Un-bloody-likely.
resurrected by the well as a backup plan?
  13. Added in Von Krieger's most excellent Hellfire Elementalist. considering using hir "Mantle pool" idea for EATs.

  15. cool. You'll have to check on it (Post #two) and tell me if I got the quickstats right.
  16. Added Protector (See post 1). It's a sort of Defender/Dominator Hybrid designed to be more fluid in a fight, but is still best relegated to a support position. It is definitely intended to be soloable, though.
  17. Is it okay if I write up a shortened version of this to put on my AT thread?

  19. I can't stand just running BAFBAFBAFBAFBAFBAFBAFBAFBAFBAF. I want to run other stuff, which everyone inexplicably refuses to do. these trial wouldn't be so "hard" if people either knew what they were doing, or listened to those who did. Jeez. +1 ti this suggestion, althiugh perhaps the doubled reward should only be for one run of it per week.
  20. /signed. with complete agreement with Doctor Roswell.

  22. Hmm. Perhaps if Merulina is the "Mother", and Battalion is "Father", maybe we'll have an ally in "Uncle Larry". He owns a cosmic car dealership in upstate Proxima Centauri, and doesn't like the way Battalion treats "Merry" and her kids, and is willing to help the earthling in the fight to stop battalion.

On a more serious note, if Merulina made the Coralax, and possibly had a hand in the Shivans, perhaps some more stories with her could come up, such as preventing Battalion from getting ahold of the power of Merulina. (Hero: "We must stop this evil!!" Villain: "Conflabbit, that's my stolen divine power, and I don't wanna share!")
