  1. I know I can gain an A-Merit for confirming my alignment.
    I know I lose A-Merits if I switch sides.
    If my hero decides to switch side (first vigilante, then villain), do I lose regular merits? My gut says no, but I was hoping someone may be able to confirm?

    Yep, and of course one of the 5 LOTG 7.5% you're allowed in a build.

    Star Wars remake

    Bloody brilliant! I love those two!

    Oh heck ya, I have it on my fire/dark corruptor to cap S/L, and Kin/Rad is going to go the same route!

    Thanks for answering my questions guys!
  5. I can deal with that, thanks!
    If I decide to go back to being a hero after that, can I keep the scorpion shield, or am I stuck with being a villain?
  6. Kinrad

    Best power ever!

    Combat Jumping.

    I can get immobilization protection for characters that don't have it.
    I get a mini travel power with a very nice vertical assist.
    I can slot it with the following IOs:
    * Knockback Protection
    * Slow Resistance
    * LOTG 7.5%
    It costs next to nothing to run

    EVERY character I create has access to it!
  7. If I do a respec on my level 50 Kin/Rad can I pick Scorpion Shield, or do I need to become a villain first and do the patron arc?

    Ditto, several times in fact.
  9. You may possibly be my new best friend. Thank you!
  10. I took about 5 characters through the incarnate unlock arc before I found the one I thought would be the most fun to play (forgot about him for over 2 years), and most beneficial on teams.

    My fire/dark corruptor plays at +0/x8 when soloing tips and Oro content and farms for inf. and shards. I use him to feel powerful and earn rewards for my other characters.

    He is the only character I have that is level shifted. I don't fight bosses solo, because LTs drop faster and allow me to keep moving. I only fight EBs in arc missions, never AVs (unless teamed of course).
  11. Thanks, so it will basically have a chance to proc twice since it's duration is 15 seconds. If anything survives the rain/fireball/firebreath combo that is.
  12. If I put this proc in "Rain of Fire", how does the proc work?
    I assume it has a chance to proc on anyone in the area, but does it go off every couple of seconds, or just once at the beginning?

    goodbye grandpa

    My thoughts are with you. Losing a loved one is never easy. Be well, and fast healing to you.

  15. I know that Stamina now effects forms, but is there a way to make MIDs reflect that? I'm hesitant to change anything in the application since it works!
  16. Kinrad

    Quasar?

    Cool. It's not like I have toggles to drop, so a single blue and I'm basically on to the next spawn. I can dig that, thanks for the info!
  17. Kinrad

    Quasar?

    If I explode using 'Quasar', can I refill my end bar with 'Stygian Circle', or is that rendered useless for 20 seconds by negative recovery?
  18. Below is my current build for my fire/dark corruptor. I'm open to any suggestions you may have to tweak him to be even better.

    Here is what I'm after:
    * DEF softcap to S/L
    * Permahasten (I am currently off by .19 s, not counting activation time)
    * High Recovery and deep endurance discounts

    This is the best I could do without purples, but I'm sure it is possible to do better, or try things I have never thought of.
    This is my main Incarnate, and he does have the 'Cardiac Total Core Revamp'.
    I use this character to farm for my other characters (+0/x8), and to run Task Forces, and eventually the new Incarnate trials.

    Plant/Storm

    I'm not 100% sure of your goals, but here is an easy way to get permahasten from that build:

    1)Four slot your single target hold with the Basilsk Gaze set and pick up an additional 7.5% recharge, cleary $ is not an issue.

    2) Putting 5 doctored wounds in O2 boost adds an additional 5% recharge (I yanked the recharge slot off of 'vines' to accomplish it)

    3) Yanking one slot off of Super Speed and adding a 4th recharge to Hasten gets you .26 seconds away from permahasten.

    4) Yanking the additional recharge slot off 'Carrion Creepers' gets Hasten to Perma, thus eliminating the endurance crash that comes with it.

    Also, you are over the 'rule of 5' for 6.25% recharge by two sets, you may want to consider less expensive frankenslotting or different sets for some of your pets?
  20. Peeling your face off like that has just *GOT* to hurt.
