Yes, I know. I meant that they haven't specified exactly when it will be available. We know Dual Pistols will be available starting with the upcoming Double XP Weeked, which starts on March 4.
We do not know when in April Demon Summoning will be available. It might come with I17, if I17 comes out in April. It might come before I17, if I17 comes out in April. It might come after I17.
Currently, we don't know anything other than sometime in April. -

You can also just make a GOD MODE folder in Windows 7 (works in Vista, but crashes some 64-bit installs) for one easy list of all the settings. Best part - it runs off a pen drive as well
1. Create a new folder.
2. Rename the folder to
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
(NOTE: that you can change the GodMode text, but the following period and code number are essential).
3. The folder icon will change double click it to show the GodMode window

Since they specifically said pre-ordering GR will give early access to the new sets when I17 hits, I feel that means you have to own GR to get access. Kind of like you needed CoV to get access to certain sets before they were proliferated.

i can see IOs being a possibility for I17, powerset proliferation not really because were getting 2 new powersets (one released before, and one with as i assume DS will be apart of the I17 release because they both include moving tails), GR or I18 might have some of that.
The rest of us will have to wait until July, when we can purchase a physical copy of GR, along with the goodies, and free month of play. -

I knew I was forgetting something, but my little brain has been overloaded lately....
Since I highly doubt we'll be seeing any changes to the App/Patron Pool system any time soon (or Soon™), then I'd love to see both Martial Arts and Regeneration proliferated to Brutes.

Hmm... I've always seen that area as being overcrowded with NPCs, but I never noticed that it could render nearby enemies invisible. 0.0
I hope you filed a /bug report about it.

Bacon Melee/Bacon Armor.
The big change that I really want would affect ALL characters, regardless of ATs. I want to see standard Epic Power Pools available to Villains, and Patron Power Pools available to Heroes. If a Brute can learn from Mako, why can't a Blaster learn from Manticore? -
Personally, no, I don't. However, I had e-mail from back in The Day™ that I migrated from computer to computer, Windows upgrade to Windows upgrade. I have stuff going all the way back to 2000 that I wanted to preserve.

Actually, it's already there. Look at the far right side of your task bar. After the clock, you'll see a vertical bar. That's the Show Desktop widget. Hover your mouse over it, and it will automatically show your desktop until you move your mouse. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts. At the bottom of the list of stuff on the right side, where your pic is, you'll see a link to Change User Account Control settings. Click that. In the window that pops up, drag the slider all the way down to Never notify. Click OK, and close the User Accounts window.
You might have to reboot. I don't remember... I think you'll also need to delete the desktop shortcuts for anything with that ugly UAC shield icon on it, and remake them...
As was already stated, Win7 doesn't have a native e-mail client, just a fancy interface for LOLHotMail. As Hyperstrike said, go with Mozilla Thunderbird. If you used Outlook Express, Thunderbird will import your old e-mail from Outlook, if you did an upgrade.
