B) just because they announced the North American sales options for GR doesn't mean there will be no EU products or campaign.

The complete version has the full game (CoH, CoV, Praetoria) plus a free month of play. That is the version targeting new players. It will replace the current version (Architect Edition).

Most companies would love to sell things everywhere in the world. Netflix would love to stream movies to Canadians, hell we share the same cable stations and broadcast networks as the US, and I as a Canadian would love... LOVE to give them my money.
Due to legal restrictions, they can't offer and I can't pay. I understand and live your frustration, but I think you're anger (ie you getting the shaft comment) is misplaced.
The difficulty for a US company to do timely and affordable business in a multitude of countries, lies not necessarily with the company itself, but often with the countries involved.
