There are tons of places our dev team (past and present) are referenced in image, name, or character.
Some examples:
Movie Posters- most of the names of stars and creators on the movie posters are Cryptic devs or their friends. Some of the pics on movie posters are clipped and processed images of the devs.
Detectives- Matt Miller and Sean Fish are the name and visual references for the detectives in Brickstown. Their names also mean they fit in the other gomage for detectives; famous movie/tv police. (Miller and Fish from Barney Miller Show)
Secret Lounge- devs show up in the lounge in Faultline.

On the last map of Mender Silos Ouros TF/SF (the Siren's Call map) has an easter egg located on the tree located along the East war wall by the villain base.
Click on it and you get a message.

So, as we sometimes do when we get bored, I was in the hospital lobby and was just checking things out. As I headed over to the wall underneath the main check-in area, there was a picture on the wall that showed a bunch of people. My guess is it is the some of the staff at NCSoft getting a little "plug"...hehe. Not sure if there is any other spots in the game where there is a picture like this other than the Hospitals?
