  1. If you mean you've out-leveled them and looking for lower level teams to join, then the break down of which Mayhem = which level range is here:

    Paragon Wiki: Mayhem Mission

(edit to add: the list of the level ranges of the Villain zones can be found here : Villain Zones )

IIRC Doc Delilah is offered as a contact when you hit 21 rather than lvl 20.

Note: When you finish Penelope Yin's arc, she will introduce you to Doc Delilah regardless of your level. If you do not do either Temblor's or Yin's arcs, however, you can talk to Jim Temblor between Levels 21-24 to get introduced to Doc Delilah.

Your account determines which servers you see, regardless of if you have the GR expansion or not.

EU accounts have access to the 4 European based servers.
North American (US) accounts have access to the 11 US based servers.

You need to be introduced to a Patron by doing the mission offered by Arbiter Rein. ( He's just outside the entrance to Recluse's Tower. )

However im trying to play a hero and after lvl 5 it sends me to the hollows which seems cool enough. However, trying to get there and im seeing level 15s and im getting smoked. Did I miss something along the way? Like a easier way to move between the zones without getting ganked?

    Tx in advance.
If you check your contacts list you will see you have other non-Hollows contacts that are in regular city zones. Go talk to them for other missions not involving the Hollows.

The "City" tab on your map will show you the city layout, zones, and the connections between them.

There is also a train system to take you between the non-hazard zones; it's marked on your map with a "T" symbol (on the "Zone" tab).

Most likely this'll work for Striga and The Hollows then too, since it works for Croatoa and Faultline.

    Just curious.
Got a response to my support ticket: I was told to exit super group mode.
Not in a super group on this character.
    Updated ticket, trying again.
Completely forgot about this thread; checking now and ... still warrior pants. ( also, not in a supergroup ).
  9. Just a note to those who find their binds / macros not working.

    ccNinjaJump has changed to ccNinjaLeap

[ I dug through the release notes back to April and didn't find this documented. ]

I changed the pants back to Warrior, created the character, and leveled a bit, logged out for the day.
The next day (today) I log in, level a bit more, then log out. When I logged back in I found that my pants on my existing character are now Cargo pants instead of Warrior pants.
I submitted an in game bug ticket.
There seems to be an issue, at least for me, where Warrior pants keep getting switched for basic Cargo pants.
I had the same issue with the load / reload of a saved costume and then noticed in game the pants were cargo. I visited a tailor to change them but I'll have to go back now and see if they are still set to warrior.
  11. The thread in Tech Issues about this seems to indicate that lowering the shadows setting gets rid of the flashing.

Haven't completed them yet but with my Resistance character I'm running both level 5 Resistance arc and the 1 available Loyalist arc. I'm just hitting level 7 and almost done the Resistance arcs.
Not sure if you can outlevel the arcs in Praetoria, as they seem to be my level when I accept them ... anyone know?

  15. After you are introduced to the level 5 contacts by your handler (Provost Marchand or Calvin Scott ), you need to talk to the contact again after the first introduction in order to get missions.

As well as the 2 contacts on your 'side', one of the contacts from the other 'side' can be accessed if you want to do undercover work ( Chief Interrogator Washington and Robert Flores ). Just walk up to the contact to get a mission.

      • At level 5, Calvin Scott will lead you to Robert Flores; or Santiago, who directs you to meet Ricochet in the Underground. At this point you may choose the path of a Warden or Crusader.
      • At level 5, Provost Marchand will offer you a choice between the Deputy Assistant of Information and Chief Interrogator Washington. This will start you down the paths of Power or Responsibility.

  17. The bug was with using the uninstaller in the Beta folder, so I just uninstalled it using Windows > Control panel and had no problem.
(If you want to keep any Beta folder screenshots / costume / powers customizations you need to save them first as it gets rid of the whole folder.)

Did Cryptic f*** the border command and prevent anyone from using it? Or is there a different code to use now?
IIRC correctly the command was changed to "bordercolor" from just "border" .. a looong time ago.

Actually, I just checked and what I have working for me is <bordercolor #00aa00> in my petsayall chat ( for example ).

So, how exactly enhancement scaling works together with ED cap?

Is it that first enhancements are scaled, then ED cap is applied, so that if I have say, 4 levlel 50 common +DefBuff IOs with 102% pre-ED defense buff reduced to 62.3% by ED at level 50. I would have
    25.5 * 0.391 * 4 = 39.9%

Or is the game applying ED cap first, then scaling down the adjusted value?
62.3 * 0.391 = 24.4% (nearly the same as if the power was just 3-slotted)

Easy. Just open your contacts list and go to the Active tab. These contacts will give you missions, or introduce you to a new contact that will.
