    Agreed, and the Seer Marino arc mission problem that screws up the next mission waypoint ( been there since CoV Beta ).
    Also the mission that is from a level 10-15 contact that sends you to take out Lost in KR ( that only spawn up to level 9 there ).
    Maybe they'll be looked at during a "mission revamp", but I stopped putting in bug reports on the common problems a few Issues ago. My email folder is full of many years worth of unfixed 'bug report received' messages.

    You can see when it hits as the message appears in the chat channel on the "healing delivered" channel. As for telling if it actually is useful, that is a matter of opinion. I use it in my dark characters' Dark Servant and Darkest Night and see the combat spam frequently [on pet healing delivered and healing delivered channels], so to me it's another helpful debuff against the enemy.

    Yes, I just checked and there's an issue with the boots' secondary colour not showing depending on the Lower Body type selected.
    A quick run through the options on a male character : the secondary colour change isn't showing on Classic Steampunk boots if the Lower Body Type is Tights, Kilts/Shorts, or Armored
    Earlier I had checked a huge character with Lower Body type: Armored and the secondary colour option is working on Classic Steampunk boots, so it looks like it also depends on body type.

    Edit to add: this problem is in the costume creator so SG mode isn't the issue.

  9. When I had repeated spikes like that, almost evenly timed, it was Microsoft Security Essentials causing it. I put my game folder in the program's exceptions to solve the issue.
    As mentioned above, the Gameplay / Tech Issues forum is the best place to ask this, but you may want to look at any real time virus protection you may have.

    Good to hear! Of course that would mean there's a bug with the contact appearing on the list before being unlocked.

    Do you have the contact unlocked? I have no problems accessing that arc through Ouroboros with the villains I tested.

    I just checked and the mission is available for play to my characters; have you unlocked Archmage Tarixus on your character by getting the "Lorekeeper" History badge?

    Okay. After giving it a quick read again, at least there was the answer to one of your questions :

    "These Titan units were refined and perfected until they became the walking tanks we’ve seen in the field today. They were first deployed in small skirmishes against the Rikti during the war."

    So that would mean the Titans were deployed between May and November 2002.

    Sounds like the Tooltips got disabled on some characters. When in the game check under in the Options: General Tab > Miscellaneous > Tooltips Enabled.

    Odd sound effect

    Same thing happens with other buffs (Hasten and Accelerate metabolism as examples) and pseudo-pets. My tar patch gets a nice Hasten glow in the middle of it on one of my characters, and on another character my Ice Patch gets Accelerate Metabolism ( as well as the Secondary mutation now ).
  19. Westin Phipps has a mission where you take out Manticore on the Longbow Carrier ship ( Bane of the Heart arc), and Shadow Spider has a mission on the same ship in the Indigo Hunt arc.

    No need for a Villain to go Rogue because as of Issue 18 / Going Rogue all characters [Hero and Villain] have access to the Ancillary sets at level 41 regardless of alignment.

    Bug report has been submitted, of course.
    It's happening on my hero characters as well (even those that have not done a tip mission), so it looks like a bug with with the mission.

  23. So far the only place where I can see the patterns on bare skin is male / huge with bare top as it allows patterns on the skin.
    The Cheetah 2, Leopard and Tiger 2 are available as patterns, so you can apply them on say, tights or armor, it's just the other bare skin options that don't seem to allow any additional patterns with them ( for example bikini doesn't allow an additional pattern with it ).
  24. I noticed the map alignment problem with the PI mayhem mission and I've never had the vidiotmaps installed. So, it's not related to vidiots in any case.
  25. I've had no problems with my AR/Elec. blaster today; Burst, Slug and Electric Fence are all working while I'm held, stunned or slept ( versus Rikti in fact ).
