Do you have the contact unlocked? I have no problems accessing that arc through Ouroboros with the villains I tested.

As Katze said, Archmage Tarixus is an unlockable contact. You need to get the Lorekeeper history badge in order to get missions from him.

It's rather amusing, that both are needed for the Demonic accolade, but one can gotten only if you get the other first. (Yes, I am aware you can get it while teamed with others, but, in a storyline context, you need to get Lorekeeper first.)

Last I remember, arcs/badge missions from unlockable contacts didn't show up in Ouro at all until you unlocked them.

Back on topic, is the affected character a Praetorian? I've noticed issues using Ouro with some unlockable contacts. For example, my Praetorian character cannot do any of Doc Buzzsaw's arcs in Ouro, despite having the pre-requisite badge, and despite having run the arc "for real" when I was in the level range. Then again, this may simply have something to do with the required Inf badge being different for Praetorians, and might not apply to other unlockable contacts.

I don't understand something: When I go to Ouroboros, there seems to be a mission that is not playable:
I mean, why list it, if it can't be played? It's like a tease, you know? Anybody know the answer to this? Why ISN'T is played? Why is it listed if it can't be played? Or is there a special way to access it & I just do not know???
