Clicks were not factored in (DR, HF, mez pro etc). DA ain't the worst, however, it is near the bottom of the pile, and DR's giant end cost doesn't help matters in actual play.
So, once you intentionally manipulate the numbers to skip CoF and so on, I have to toss this info right out the window due to bias.

That's very true. I am trying to see if the devs are willing to address the issue that Scrapper Burn does the least damage of any other version due to this problem... perhaps taunt in Blazing?
  3. See, I keep thinking the opposite - strengthen the resists so that you aren't using Dark Regen so much and normalizing the end use of the set to other armors.
  4. Is that because you are itching to tear his build apart, point, and laugh?

    Which is better?

Less redraw if you go with DA.
  6. Ok I updated it - I didn't feel like doing yet another respec at the moment - I took some of your slotting ideas however for additional bonuses.

No I don't think so - there is nothing in stone that takes 1/3rd of your end bar every time you use it.

I think it is time to make it more reliable, or at least more predictable.
The scrapper IOs apparently make the chance for crits a tiny bit higher, whenever it comes out.

You could also leave FE with 2 slots and get another 5% rech from consume if you don't mind having FE recharge 4s later outside Hasten.

Cool. Tough call for me on Blazing, because I planned on a second set of Obliteration - I would trade one slot of 7.5% recharge for added damage in Blazing, with the difference being 2.5% recharge since Oblit grants 5% recharge with 5 slots.

I could just grab that Regenerative Tissue and toss it into Health as-is, since my Spiritual Tier 4 Core makes up for the loss of a slot, but maybe I should just grab the Numinas and throw it in there. I don't run Maneuvers or Weave when running around, they are just there for the added kb, but yeah I like the added LOTGs so maybe I will go that route. I got kb when Warwalkers died in iTrials when I only had 8 pts of kb protection, thus Maneuvers/Weave/CJ. I do run CJ all the time.

    Going TW/DA

I think the lack of diversity is just because people are smart. Pairing it with WP is a really good idea, that's all. Some might be doing it for ease of use and how well it compliments the Momentum mechanic, end costs, or even because the older you get you find the motivation to stand out and be different to define yourself less compelling.

My wife went with electric and I haven't picked up the set yet, but elec sure seems like a good choice if you want a damage aura.

  12. Yep, that's exactly what I did. Spiritual Core helps fire/fire nicely.

A lot of Willpower though, shame.
    Why is that a shame?

Also, don't forget that Vigor grants as much endurance cost as Cardiac Radial guys.
  14. Resilient Core at tier 4 buffs 33% now. No, it does nothing to increase caps. The Alpha slot is basically like slotting another SO to all of your abilities, remember.

  16. Update: bought another Armageddon and changed one Scirrocco into an Oblit set and updated the OP.

When I get lucky and get the recharge secondary mutation, hasten has a 1 second downtime.

Actually after this week's patch Spectral is now 20% core side and 12% radial side. That only means on the core side that you will only see it go off as often as a normal proc does - so when using a PBAOE you might see it immobilize 2 targets when fully saturated for 4 seconds. I took the radial side for my /dark to fight the occasional OG wandering and for theme.

  22. Dark Armor sucks more endurance than any other secondary when only SOs are being discussed.
