I am still a little confused about how this works - does it raise your crit chance for just the power it is put into - because the description doesn't make it sound like that..?

Not sure if this is related, but I did have a GM and following emails tell me that the 7th year vet badge is bugged - some have it, some don't. I don't, and should have had it awhile ago.

Yeah I have Skewer and not Ripper on mine too. Without Burst and Ripper I would miss out on 10% rech. Does this have permadom, by the way?

Hi, I would like to revamp an older toon of mine, and I was looking for a build that would grant the ability to have Creepers up as much as possible. I don't know how much it would require to do this, and if Permadom comes with it, that's cool too, but not a requirement unless achieving perma-creepers has the same result.
If possible, I would love to keep Spirit Tree and I am not a fan of Thorn Burst.
Does anyone have a build like this? -

Anyway, Synapse is making some changes to power sets yet that haven't even hit beta, so I dunno - I hope they don't do what they did last time with Poison and release it broken. -
Funny story: I actually played CoH with Beastyle and didn't realize it was him until a full year later.

Cool, I like Antec and Corsair. Creative needs to be kicked in the teeth, I am sorry to say - I am kinda surprised they are still in business. The Recon 3D was a step in the wrong direction, too. -
If you are looking for an alternative to Cardiac, you might want to look at Vigor.

Permadom isnt really good enough for mez protection being that you have to build it up in the first place. You log into the game and have to fight mobs before you can do a mish to build up permadom;.. you die...have to do it again to build up permadom; you forget to hit hasten...gotta do it again. You get ambushed before building up Dom..you're screwed for mez protection.
Only acceptable mez protection for dominators outside of incarnates is Indomitable Will if you can perma it with a crap ton of recharge since you dont need to build it up. -

Trip Mine and Time bomb are better on Corrs, though you shouldn't be taking Time Bomb anyways.
So basically better seekers, acid mortar, and easier softcapping for Defenders, better trip mines and more damage from their primary for Corrs.
I'd take the corr any day of the week unless I was specifically going for softcap to everything. -
