As of right now, I haven't thought of any Elec/ trollers, but am planning to reroll my grav/psi dom as an elec/psi. Looking forward to try the set, it looks awesome

Hi, so, I've made a DP/traps corr back when DP was introduced, and I've kinda gotten into a halt with the character. Recently, I began playing with her again and need a direction and a build for her. She is currently at lvl 35 and I've made two different builds for her.
Though, before showing the builds, I'd like to get the direction clear. The current builds I've made are working towards perma-hasten, but I've been told that the toon might benefit more with capped defense, rather than recharge, so I'd like to ask what you guys think: Soft-capped defense or Perma-hasten? -

Well, ty 4 the good tips guys. In case you'd be interested, then the character in question is a DP/Traps corr, whom I've given SS and, since I don't feel like capping her defenses, have decided to try and perma hasten.

Hi guys,
I'm a rather veteraned player, but have not had that many experiences with IO procs. My query is if the Force Feedback: Chance for +Recharge proc is always in play or if it has to be triggered through use of the power.
The reason I ask is because I'm having a toon which I'd like to have perma-hasten, and that proc is pretty needed for it. Thus, I would, if the abovementioned proc isn't universal, appreciate it if anyone could recommend another useful +rech solution.

I've made a Leveling pact between my Ice/Mental and a Fire/Mental and where I can't totally judge how the fire/mental plays, I myself really like Ice/Mental, as it gives nice regen/rec (Drain psyche) and mean -rech from both sets. About the AoE situation, I think it's excellent! True, Fire will have more AoE, but less safety, due to less control.
Oh, and about your playing ground. I'm playing in Union, another European server. Have a nice time in DefiantIt's a friendly place

Can't help you with your Ninjitsu problem, but about your build request, then I do have a DM/Regen build I'm using atm, but the character isn't a lvl 50 yet, if that's a prerequisite to your request.

Well, ok, thanks for your responses people ^^ Although I might not be able to solo AV's, I don't really mind that, as long I won't have too hard a time soloing EB's.

Yeah, sorry for the kinda desperate question, but I would kinda like to know if the following build can solo AV's; but first, a little background ^^
This is my MA/Inv scrapper, and my first blueside lvl 50. I have been working a lot with the character, and have tried lots of concepts and have now decided that I'd like to try to make a strong solo build (not necessarily AV-soloing, unless it's possible). Keep one thing in mind though, I am not a person that thinks about budgets. This build hasn't been made yet, but I am thinking of making it, and thus, I don't know how pricey it will be, although I can imagine it being so. And now, the build:

Just outta curiosity, from where have you heard/read that comment from a Dev regarding the Incarnate system to equal out IO's? I won't say I'm the most intense forumite, but I still do try and follow around with what's moving in this game, and I don't recall any comparison between Incarnate stuff and IO's, so would you please be so kind as to show, where you've found the comment?

Well I had a look at your build for you, and made quite a lot of changes, hopefully for the better!
1) I noticed you went for a lot of Max HP bonuses, and with the accolades you cap your HP without the need of Hoarfrost, so that power isn't really necessary.
2) I tried to give you some more S/L defence using a few Kinetic Combats, so I used them in Mind Probe and Telekinetic Thrust. You have 32% S/L defence which is nice as you can pop a purple insp and be softcapped. Mind Probe is a decent ST attack aswell.
3) I originally took out BFR for Mind Probe but then I swapped it out for Hoarfrost, and put some Hami-O's in it for you so it still should be decent. I also put the Lockdown quad in your Freeze Ray to make the numbers a little better. Personally, I would just drop BFR since I find the animation too long and whatever I'm trying to hold should be dead in a few seconds anyway. Freeze Ray is more useful since the animation is quick and good for soloing I guess.
4) I swapped Hasten in for Psychic Scream. Blizzard is one of my favourite nukes and I would want that coming back as fast as possible. You should also be able to avoid the end debuff that it givies with an end-mod slotted, fully saturated Drain Psyche. (IIRC). Hasten also obviously helps out alot with Drain Psyche, Hibernate, and all your other attacks.
5) I swapped the Posi procs in for the Dam/End piece as you shouldn't be having any end problems with Drain Psyche up most of the time.
Concerning cost, the Kinetic Combats will set you back a fair bit, but I avoided the Basilisk's Gaze quad.
I wasn't sure what your budget was so I didn't slot purples (except for the Apoc proc

Hi Tux, ty for taking your timeI will reply each of your points by using the numbers:
1) No Hoarfrost? No problem.
2) Ok, about Mind Probe, I don't mind the power, just don't see it in my theme. Won't mind having the power though, especially not for more S/L defense.
3) BFR. I do want the power, hence to why I have taken it in the first place :P I don't know much about enemy resistance, but my practical plan with it is to hold bosses by using BFR and FR. Oh, and about the animation, then that's my favourite animation in the game. It looks awesome, IMHO!
4) No way. No offense, but Psi scream is my favourite cone attack (that is moderate dmg) and although I love all nukes like the next guy (violent guy that is), I don't want something like psi scream to be switched out for hasten. Sorry, but it won't happen.
5) Don't follow you. I, actually, don't concentrate on the end from Dam/End rather than the damaga, especially in this build particularly.
Oh, and no problem about kinetic combatI shall see what I can edit in my build, so thank you for your critique

In nearly 100% of the time People will say in Team for me to read it: "A stalker?, ugh Stalker. Oh boy Stalker etc"
IMO, stalkers should be very wanted on TFs indeed, as they all have the potential to be strong alpha strikers, and in your case, a mentionable AoE'er.
I think what makes some people despise the stalker is bad experiences; people do fear and dislike what they don't feel good about! -

Hello everyone!
I have recently made an Ice/Mental blaster, quite an entertaining character, in fact. She's currently at lvl 23, and I've considered to take Cold mastery as her ancillery pool. Nonetheless, I'm thinking of, how I must slot her when time comes for that nad have a problem thinking what I must slot for. Anyone have experience with this set or can give me any slotting ideas nonetheless?

And secondly, I like what you said in you comments about how you shan't judge a player by his powersets, very cool said!
Oh, and about you very video, it looks seriously unreal, the way you just accept all those Sappers shooting you! Is that because of some end drain protection from DA? -

So, it's been some time since I've went to forums for help with my builds. Though, having decided to try and get more actual sense trough my builds, I'd like to start with a late-level build for my Tanker.

Now, as a SD/SS, I do need recharge to be rather timely, and those looking at my build will notice that Rage is, theoretically, auto'ed (remind you, there is a 10 seconds -dmg, -end, -def) (and of course, Active Defense is perma'ed). Now, my query is, is it worth it to try and remove some of the defense for more recharge, and if so, what would you recommend switching out? Those recommending that I should try hasten, I have tried it, but decided to remove it, as I would eventually get a big problem with my end consumption, with all the crashes.
