I really want to see the Red Skull involved as well. In the Capt America movie it looked to me like he was transported rather than destroyed. However if that was the case I suspect we would have seen him in the trailers by now. Oh well, you can't have everything. -

No idea why those X-movies get consistently higher ratings than they deserve.
Also Spiderman 3, while bad, is still in a different and better league than anything touched by Joel Schumacher except The Lost Boys. -

What does "dedicated discussion" mean? This means that threads created specifically for discussing another game are prohibited; e.g., "New Game X comes out this fall," "General MMO/RTS/FPS/insert genre here thread," "How do I beat the boss in X game," etc. Dedicated discussion also includes lengthy discussions of another game in unrelated threads.
Other games can be mentioned in passing provided they are not competing products. In addition, comparing/constrasting any game(s) with City of Heroes is prohibited.
Basically the rule has been modified to allow players to mention other games, so long as they do not discuss them. So you can make a reference to game X, or say you're playing game Y, as long as you don't go into lengthy discussion and/or create a thread specifically about it.

It also does a fairly decent time travel story arc. Which is worth mentioning because time travel story arcs are usually pancake. -

A character like Thor is a better example. Marvel cannot sue anyone for using the name, or even the character of Thor, because he is a mythological figure that has existed for hundreds of years. However, they can sue if someone violates the trademark they have on their specific version of Thor.
Their version is characterized as a blond man with long hair who wears a winged helmet and red cape. He also speaks in heraldic English. That version of him is unlike any other version of Thor I've ever run across (he is usually depicted as a large red-haired man with a beard who wears more traditional Viking clothing), which makes their version of him unique enough to trademark.
The name Thor is blocked because there is a specific version of him trademarked by a company who deals in a similar medium (superhero stories). And you can bet that if it weren't, someone would have ripped off Marvel's version of him. I've seen numerous examples of people trying to get around the block, probably due to the very recently released movie.
