This is something to take to heart when coming here from another game. Two things that can boggle the mind of a transfering player:
1.) There are players with many years of playing under their belts and still without a character at the level cap.
2.) You can turn off experience gain and people do use it.
Don't miss the stories and don't miss stopping to see the game as you rise in the levels.

Ok.. It was just a guess anyways I haven't really checked it in any detail.

Don't ask me to give you a direct quote but I seem to remember some official person saying that Freedom is the largest with Virtue second and the rest tied for third. This would mean that the difference between the rest isn't really that great.
Last time I checked it was:
Freedom
Virtue
Infinity
Justice
Guardian (yay!)

HI Z! Welcome to Guardian. Here we have minotaur milking, pixedust sprinkling and if you're lucky you can have a cookie, unless Ulli has eaten them all already.
As for advice, joining the Guardian global channel is the very best way to get help on this great and friendly server. For studies on your own I strongly recommend you add http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Main_Page to your favourites. Even us greyhaired veterans dive into this hallowed fountain of knowledge from time to time.
Another idea is to join a good supergroup (SG) on the server. Look through this forum to find one that sounds promising and contat them in-game through @global tells. You an also just team up on any team you can find and join the SG of the nicest people you can find.

It was fantastic. I was on the character creation screen for an hour or so. I really wanted my first Praetorian to feel fleshed out from the start. (That included rewriting my bio. I got somewhat carried away there. After that I logged in to the tutorial and promtly logged out. I had a very early morning
. But now I'm going home and going rogue. Yay!

I bet that same TL jerk complains in a dropping population on his server. Being a "Richard" towards new players doesn't help with population growth for sure.
