Correction, it would be 1.5mill prestige. Simply just doubling the number, and removing 3 zeros

  5. I got a 72hour ban couple years ago for STOLEN INFLUENCE, it was 100mill INF I do believe. Their reason why I got banned? Well it said "someone" went on this person's account and impersonated that person and gave me the INF - I did not know about it at the time. Next day, I get banned. I did nothing to recieve the ban besides getting INF from a person that claimed to be that person at the time. Tried to appeal it, but no reply. Its now behind me, but this brought up that moment.

If this guy doesn't get banned for stolen Influence, I'll be quite ticked off. For I've done nothing to recieve the 72hour suspension.

I will email you 500million INF to cover the trouble. I have no use as I have piles upon piles of INF and Enhancements stockpiled.

  8. Don't need oh so many Kinetic Combats. Don't need that Glad Armor +3% def proc, swap that for a Steadfast +3% def proc. Notice that I left Rib Craxker unslotted, Slot ATOs in there.

With 0 enemies near by, Capped Smash/lethal/fire/cold/energy defenses with 46%. 32% res to S/L. With 10 targets near by, 52.3% Defense.43% defense for Neg. Energy.

With 1 enemy near by, you'll have 147.3% global recharge. With 10 targets, 178.8%.

I took caltrops only because if you pick your own interface, the interface will stack(up to 4? maybe 5 times per cast) Also slotted with Damage Procs. Spring Attack... this power is nice, real nice.

Now for Alpha, you'd want to go with the Agility: Core Paragon. With it active, with 10 Enemies near by when used Energy Drain, your Defenses will be 56% instead of 52%

  9. The first mission of Mender Ramiel's Arc shows the use of Incarnate powers and Levels. What it also shows is the future of Ouroboros, it falls within the Coming Storm. Once you complete Dream Doctor and look up his back story, you'll learn a little bit more about The Coming Storm and Time Travel.

I know that the Coming Storm will change the game completely. IIRC, The Coming Storm could or could not be Rikti, best possibility is Rikti from talking to Prometheus. The Rikti is the "main" alien we fight in City of Heroes and based off the Rikti Wars. Shifting it to Shivan doesn't make sense. If it wasn't for the Rikti Wars/encounters, we wouldn't have The Midnighter's Club. Why? The Arc you face the Curing the Lost. The Lost was Mutated by the Rikti.
    Quote:
A Vial of Blood - Lady Jane gives you a vial that she says contains blood from Hero 1. This in and of itself isn't that interesting. The interesting part is that she claims it comes from Hero 1 after he entered the Rikti Portal to stop the first Rikti Invasion. She believes that in the right hands, this blood could contain a cure for the lost.
The Midnighter Club is the Magic Origin of "Vanguard". Rikti is VERY WEAK to Magic types. As to why the Rikti Attacked/hard to kill Magic Origin people.
    Quote:
With the Lost cure on its way, the Midnight Squad can begin to look at other avenues to counter the Rikti. Now that you are officially a member of the Midnight Squad, I want you to go to our club. It is a place for others like us to discuss matters of the occult and mystical arts, while also preparing for the eventuality of another Rikti attack.

Now that Midnighter Rep that we talk to in the Club, maybe he is the Dream Doctor which is the Founder of the Midnighter Club and former Member of the Freedom Phalanx. He also predicts the fall of Ouroboros (from his doing).

Cimerora is the birthplace of the Incarnate Origin.
    Quote:
Romulus Augustus met his end in the past when Sister Airlia convinced Imperious to sacrifice his own life to kill Romulus using a ritual she devised. The same ritual would be used centuries later by Darrin Wade to kill Statesman.

With this Valentine arc from Duncan, We bring back the Red Widow(Lord Recluses wife). This maybe the turning point when he realizes that his old best friend and biggest enemy, Statesman was killed by Darrin Wade. Maybe we'll see him sacrifice his life to kill Darrin Wade. Who knows.
  10. My build for Zwillinger.

Regen per Second: 76 (With Dual Pain on)
Regen Per Second with Instant Healing: 181 (With Dual Pain on)
Regen Per Second with Perma**Rebirth Radial Epiphany** and Dull Pain: 87
    Endurance Recovery:3.83 end per second
Endurance Consumption: 1.14 end per second **1.57 with Focused Accuracy on**
    135% Global Hasten
    3 seconds off perma Hasten
    Perma: Dull Pain
1minute 46second Recharge on Instant Healing(I subtracted 90seconds since it recharges when in use.)
70second Recharge on MoG(I subtracted 15seconds since it recharges when in use.)
Defense: 55% Melee / 56% Lethal **Double Stacked Divines**

    Incarnate Abilities

Alpha: Spiritual Core Paragon - Recharge Rate by 45%, Healing 33% (2/3) ignore E.D.
Reason: Having faster Recharge for a Regen is key to surivive longer. Boost into Heals/+Regen powers makes the character more " zzzz willing er" to live in the heat of the moment.

Interface: Diamagnetic Core Flawless Interface - To hit Debuff(100% chance) and Regen Debuff(50%) to most Damaging Attacks.
Reason: To fight all the EBs in the Arcs, if solo, To Hit debuff / regen debuff on a Fast Attacking powerset, will have a big effect on the "EB". Why I didnt go with Reactive? Because for a Scrapper - Katana which has low animation casts, good damage, and the ability to slot Achilles' Heel -res Proc in most attacks covers it.

    Destiny: Rebirth Radial Epiphany - (Ally Heal/self) **Perma** +Regen(200%= 11 hp/sec for 120seconds)
Reason: Extra Regen to cover more damage you take from the lack of Resistances. Why I didn't take Barrier? Because over 120seconds you only get a 5% Res/Def. Overtime, the Regen will be more benefitial.

Lore: Nemesis Radial Superior Ally - Nemesis Boss(war Hulk) for 3minutes 20seconds. Lancer Surgeon(Untouchable) *support essence*
Reason: No idea. Picked to be funny. Nemesis PLOT.

Lore: Storm Elemental Radial Superior Ally - Boss(Tempest) and Support Essence(Monsoon)
Reason: I have it on my main and favorite character, Mind/Cold Domination Controller. Storm Elementals covers a -tohit debuff from uh(Hurricane?) and can also buff/heal you with O2 Boost (+perc/mez resists?) Also has some nice Damage output, Energy type.

In the future, I think taking Incandescene would be helpful, who knows. Incandescene is the name of the BIG BIG leader of the Vanguard. Lady Grey is the onsite commander, Dark Watcher is the second in command. Maybe a future TF/Trial/Raid or something that this Destiny will come in handy. :)

    Anyway back to the build!

50+4 is the best possibility we'll be able to achieve in this game. +1 from Alpha, **Maybe +1 from Omega**, +1 from Lore, +1 from destiny(only in incarnate trials/zones).

a possible +2 in normal content.

Heck if the other 4 locked incarnate abilites are like Lore/Destiny, we could be 50+6.... which I doubt.
  13. IMO, the next Incarnate abilites will be out later in i23... if not i24. The last slots will have to do with 'The Coming Storm'. I have a good possibility that Hero 1 is for the Omega slot, which will be a perma +1 level shift so we'll be +2.
  14. Think it lasts 10-15seconds. (non-superior). I have it slotted in my L33 DA/StJ Tanker, its great, I slotted it in my T2 attack as it is up fast and it is part of my combo builder. I wouldn't recommend using a AoE/PBAoE because (not sure) could proc more than you want it too at once(i like it spread out) when soloing or whatever since AoEs/PBAoEs cost more endurance than a Single target attack.

Will the old starting contacts that are now just hanging out at City Hall ever be given new mission content?

    City of Heroes: Maybe!
My guess is that they'll have a role in the Coming Storm, also known as The Battalion. As the Lost took the same mutation as Hero 1 did from the Rikti. Azuria's wand.
  16. Nvm: decided to reroll the name on a new toon
  17. Not when you select them. If you select them, you wont be able to drop it. Even if you reselect a new mission.
  18. So I've been doing Valentine Tips on Exalted on a Hero. I've been getting "Deliver it to" In Grandville, Port Oaks, Mercy Island etc etc. How the in the WORLD can I get to the villain side to complete it?

So I've petitioned it 3times, all the GMs said the samething, dismiss/abandon/auto-complete. Won't let me abandon, dismiss, auto complete. Two of the GMs were able to advance the mission as where I'd still get the credit. The second GM had a great idea, select a new mission and then see if I can dismiss the Tip. I was not able to. The 3rd GM was not helpful, said dismiss/abandon/auto complete it and move on. He said he is not able to Advance it for me, therefore submit it to Senior QA team. I have been waiting for 30minutes for a reply. Are these tips working as "intended" too?

Sorry, but I see a "error" in these tips in the programming and testing part before they were released.

Edit: For my uncle, the GM told him to change his alignment from Hero to Vigilante to complete the Valentine tip. We don't have the time to change our alignment as it takes two(2) days.

  22. Calling my seer powers. It all depends on how much the super packs are worth, and the cooldown on buying them with astral/emp merits. As they can be used at level 10, they will be very valuable. At first, the prices for the ATOs will be very expensive because they are new, and the bonuses are good. They can be used in any attck power. It all depends how much the packs are, and people keeing them to their selves for alt toons.
  23. Don't forget,
Reward Merits(10) for 1 converter token.
Astral Merit(3) for 1 Converter Token.
Empyrean Merit(1) for 5 Converter Tokens.
    Killing enemies pvp/pve as drops.

When I heard this, I also stocked up. I stocked up on pvp/purple recipes, *-Merits. I have around 2000astral and 159 Emp Merits, and 5200 reward merits on my main toon. I have some level level pvp enhancments for use, and L50 into high priced ones to capitalize on the billion(s) of INF stockpiled on them. But I've saw 2 gladiator armor's sell for 1.9bill. So those thousands of bids on Gladiators armor isnt 2bill.
