Quote:Keep in mind, you can get the Isolator badge any time after reaching level 25 (to get into Ouroboros). You can flashback to the tutorial. (Talk to The Pilgrim.)I'll probably do a transfer, but I doubt I'll do it within the next month or two... the toon I want to transfer is a lvl 34 version of the lvl 50 I have on Freedom, but he was one of the first characters I made (never got isolator because badges didn't exist yet when he was in the tutorial).

Not sure if it will work in Win7, but one workaround I've seen useful in other OS's is that you have to have a program other than CoH have the focus. Personally, I run CoH in windowed mode and I have WinAmp loaded at all times. Minimized, WinAmp takes up like 10x150 pixels at the top of the screen. If I give that program the focus, I've been able to use multiple screen capture utilities with no issue.

Yeah, another thing they do a lot is assume the problem is with the game and overlook that there's a lot of other places problems could occur. For example, you had trouble on Freedom and tried another server. Which? Were you trying one at the same data center as the Freedom server or a different location? The problem could lie between you and the server.

Actually, it seems most of the servers did. So, aside from Freedom and Virtue, the rest of them. . . . 'dance around' a lot more than they used to. I've seen Infinity ranked 3rd, 8th, and everything in between.

Quote:Medical? If you go to the hospital from some zones, it drops you in another zone. (i.e. the zones with no hospital)You DID read the part where I specifically said "the zones with no hospitals", right? If you die in a zone with no hospital and click 'Go to Hospital', you end up in the hospital in a different zone (the last one you were in with a hospital). The Hollows used to work like this before they added a hospital. There are still a bunch that work this way (3 of the Shard zones, the sewers, etc).Quote:Not sure what kind of Problems you have with the Hospitals Hero Side, But Red Side they seem to work fine.
BUT - if you have a base and go there when you die, when you exit the base, it drops you back where you came from. -
I did that a bit, but it was dependent on 7 other people. I got most of mine solo in RV.
1. Trash a pillbox.
2. Check the train station for Mr. Pukey, using a targeting bind to look for toxics en route.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 until zone flips.
4. Do a circuit of the whole zone with the targeting bind while the zone is resetting.
5. Repeat steps 1-4. -
Then you're past due to have it on you. It's awesome. And if you can stack it with something.... I was on a team with a good empathy defender - we were playing way over our heads because half the team had Fortitude at all times. Then, things got a little out of hand and most of the team got killed. He fired off Vengeance. I asked him for Fortitude. With those two powers, I strolled over and solo exterminated the multiple spawns that had wiped us. It was epic.

Quote:I don't see how this is possible. You have got to be kidding me. The lag from the 6th anniversary event on Virture is so bad it takes 20 seconds to fire off a power. Doesn't matter which zone you are in, it's everywhere.
I have it on good authority that no one plays this game any more.

Quote:According to Paragonwiki, it does.Just want to point out DrQ doesnt have simultaneous clickies...its Fathims, did DrQ yesterday with a full team on Union, we did it in under 5 hours even with coffee breaks and we didnt even rush it. I wish you luck tho folks

"You'll need to shut down all four computer controls simultaneously to knock Crey's portal off-line and deny them access to the Shadow Shard permanently. You'll also need to defeat the base's commander to make sure that they won't be able to re-open it afterwards. " -

Quote:We need to channel George Carlin's routine about drivers.Anyone with more money than I could imagine making is obcenely rich. Or were you talking in-game? Doesn't matter, still applies.

Anyone driving slower than you is an idiot and anyone driving faster than you is a maniac.
Anyway, we've already done this question except the last time it was just about how much influence it takes to be rich. This is the same question again. It's relative to the individual. To a new player, I'm grotesquely rich. To some of the top marketeers, I should be holding the door for them. I guess putting numbers to it is an amusing way to pass some time - about on par with "What does that cloud look like to you?" -
I really can't predict how it will affect the market. I'm looking forward to various improvements to the game, and the new content in Praetoria, but I have no interest in side-switching itself. I will probably have one character go from blue to red to mule some stuff over to my villains since they have not been able to obtain certain recipes from the BM dust bowl.
Aside from that, I might have my badger switch if that gets him more badges.
The corollary to this is whether the marketeers have enough 'clout' to have an impact. If we have any significant player migration occur, the marketeers will be pebbles in the avalanche. -
The first part of your statement is factually incorrect. "Well supplied" is a value judgment and the only other market to compare to is Wentworth's. The BM is poorly supplied in comparison to WW, therefore you are wrong. Unless, perhaps, you're stating that YOU find it well-supplied. It may be good enough to satisfy you, but then the statement is mere OPINION.
As for the second part, we'll have to wait and see what happens. -
Quote:Medical? If you go to the hospital from some zones, it drops you in another zone. (i.e. the zones with no hospital)People will still join SG's for what Functionality? Everything they can do in the Base can be done better in the Game. TP, Med, with I17's new Market Interface; Storage. Why would they need to be in a SG? If they had their own Apartment aside from it being in a SG?
Storage? Vault storage lets you store salvage, not enhancements or inspirations. -
