  3. Poor Scirocco! I think I pulled a grin-muscle, Steelclaw.
  4. I've noticed the animation of my first attack when I run into a group of mobs will often not animate, but the attack will happen including doing damage and causing knockdown on the mobs. I suppose it's a lag/sync issue. It doesn't happen during a fight, just during an initial attack, and not always.

    Incarnate UI

And by the way, if you scroll to the bottom of the recipe lists for your Alpha recipes you will find new versions made exclusively with Incarnate Trial salvage as well.

I actually agree with a lot of what you said MOO. I like the League system, but I would limit Leagues to 2 teams maximum.
  7. My play style has changed over the years. I started off a primarily solo and only-team-with-friends type player. But over the last few years I've made a transition to PuG's for all kinds of things. I find PuG's terrific over 90% of the time and look forward to meeting and fighting along side new people. And now and then I spend a lot of time soloing, as the mood suits me. I keep an eye on the different TF and LFG channels and jump on TF teams on a whim. Lots of fun!

    K
I noticed on a Tin Mage I did yesterday that many of the mobs are Minion class. While on the Incarnate Trials the mobs are practically all Boss class. I had a much easier time with the Tin Mage mobs verses the Trial versions of them.

This sums up the whole situation for me. Thanks Adeon. I do incarnate trials with my 50's when the mood suits me. I don't 'grind' anything, ever.

Actually, I'm surprised to see this comment since I thought this service pack has already been out for weeks. I've had it on my gaming computer for weeks now without issues.

I still do this with my level 50's

I spent the first year+ of the game thinking that range affected accuracy. Just an old habit from playing DAoC for a couple years prior.

This is exactly how I feel. Thanks, Sam, for your articulate clarification of my thoughts.

I assume your normal desktop resolution is different from your game play resolution. Make them the same and you can alt-tab to a browser window or other running application while in CoH without issues.

And add me to the list of people who also have experienced this door-on-a-door bug. There is even a blue door in the Lambda Lab that opens to expose a Red door you can't pass through.
  17. I think the ultimate villain is someone who thinks what they are doing is for the "good" of his victims. And so actually thinks of himself as a hero. Remind you of anyone?

In my book, this would be a good problem to have. It means your team knows what it's doing.
Am I nuts? But that sounds like the most boring team ever.

You're living in a fantasy world (as opposed to a fantasy game) if you think having a Skip option would work out this way. People who want to see the cut scene would still feel pressured to select skip if practically everyone else on the team does. Or there would ALWAYS be someone who doesn't choose Skip just out of spite.
  22. From my experience running serveral different characters through many Incarnate trials, including Damage, Support, and in-between. I have gotten a fairly random distribution of rewards that appear to support the notion that the RNG is working correctly.

I do. And still appreciate very much how much more immersive CoH is now than in the past. I still stop and sit under a tree now and then and let the shadows play on me and listen to the wind in the leaves.

  25. Yeah, recently did some Arena matches with a badge-seeking friend and saw this "Event does not exist" spam when trying to join our matches. Very annoying. Seems like a silly bug that while not making the Arena 'broken', does make it feel like it's still in beta.
