    Yeah, I just ran into the exact same issue. The lvl 10 VEAT costume slot is borked.

    Episode 2 of the Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kira OVA is out. Rika and Satako wake up to find themselves in a world where they're "magical girls" battling the evil forces of Tokyo Magika! It's ridiculous and played completely for laughs. Rika remains awesome.

    Episode 3 is coming in late November, and seems to be about Keiichi and Mion possibly finally getting together as a couple? Hard to tell from the preview if this will be serious or not.

    The only motivation for Villains I can think of is they figure solving First Ward's issues will cause problems for Cole, who is the enemy of the Rogue isles as much as Paragon City.

    I liked the final "good team vs. evil team" showdown in the last mission. I was itching to fight as I read the dialogue, which was excellent.

    I've been enjoying the new arcs quite a bit. Definitely more fun that the old stuff. The tutorial arcs make me feel like a new criminal, just starting out, like they should.
