    It's pretty much a persoanl choice on that as I just like it when it does proc.

    I actually had a better challenge than that with 3 chief soldiers and a couple of liets, unfortunately it was only recorded from a demo record.

    OK so here it is...
    Soft cap to all 3, 1802 HP (with all the accolades), 350% Regen, 31% global damage, 107.5 recharge (enough to run FU->Slash->Focus->Swipe) and you get 2 power picks... ;-)

    I'm looking at a build that's just 3% short of recharge but meets all other requirments. Gonna see if I could pull it off and post the build later on as I have no way of posting or openning up a build on my phone.

    However; if you are only concern of running fu->slash->focus->swipe... then i think I nailed that build... ;-)

    I don't have access to mids right now so I'll put in my input on it later.
    But regarding aidself and hasten. I've done a pylon under 5 minutes , take on AV's, do the RWZ challenge and do 2 spawns of RWZ challenge without a self heal nor hasten on the build. So either one of them is needed.

    The trade off you have to go through to get what you want. Strike is just soooo disgustingly ugly. That frickin pause just drove me insane. My current build runs at 195 dps chaining fu->slash->focus->swipe, and my planned out respec prior to i16 going live would go around 205 using the same chain, but in doing so would bring down my regen By 30% and hp by 60. Which im ok with cause im pulling out a purple set to be moved over to my fire/shielder which im grooming to be just a ridiculous specimen come i16... ;-)
    Which brings me to that PvP IO... you guys need to stop buying that thing for such a high price... I cant afford it!!! ;-)

    +HP would not be the top priority. Recharge would definitely be on the top, then probabl defense.
    But saying that it's pointless or is not needeed? Well let's just say I see it in a different way.

    been really asking for an increase on that HP cap ...

    While I agree to most things Umbral said
    +HP is not pointless on regens imo, even on a perma DP build. Sure it might not be the top priority to go for, but it is still a big help. The longer you can hold off on hitting DP, the better shape you are in, I think.

    The attack is aoe I beleive. So if you're short on the cap off of that, he's gonna hit you more, and it also has a debuff. Not sure by how much though.

    Been a few times I try to join a team and send a tell that I'm running a such and such scrapper, I get a tell back of :sorry we need dps"...
    I just usually reply back... Ahhhhh OK then...
    Course I play on Freedom, so its somewhat expected... ;-)

    So It is not impossible...
    unplayable maybe... but all the attacks are still slotted up... and it looks like it'll have enough damage... If you could hit something... ;-)

    Mine is sitting at 374% on top of 1780 HP with aidself... :-)

    I could honestly say that my Claws/WP was the second fastest leveling machine... just behind my claws/regen...
    And those were both mostly soloed...

    I just hope they don't come up with more +defense IO's. I think we're fine as is. Heck, I still don't plan for to have any of the PvP IO's... probably cause I can't afford those things... ;-)

    Speaking of which... any new IO's come i16?

    I might not have any problem with more defense... so maybe I could cap my claws/regen ... ;-)

    That's about the same amount I spent on my claws/sr. I think I spent more on my fire/shielder with only 10 pieces of purps. My kat/fire is about a billion, bs/inv around 300 mill, my claw/regen is about 200 mill, claws/inv about 200 mill, my kat/regen is just regular 50 IO's and all 3 of my tanks are just sitting on SO's.

    but once I hit 50 on a character I usually put some decent IO's on them
