if there is a risk of pulling to groups, possition your pets into a 'safe place':

I was in Sirens Call with my en/en blaster, flying around (yes, I was stupid enough to grab fly this time, and I slap myself repeatedly for doing it) when I see a Villain on a rooftop near the Hero HQ. And low and behold, it was a stalker. Then as I prepare to fire off another round, suddenly another stalker appears, and luckily he misses (I go "PHEW!" at this point), but then I have "ASSASSIN STRIKE" printed over my head as yet another stalker appears. I didn't get OneShotted by him, but when the third AND fourth stalker AS me one after the other I'm well and truely [cencored]. It goes without saying I was dead before the fourth appeared.

your saying stalkers are over powered because it took 4 of them to take you down? lol...
if you would ever play a stalker you would realise that they are a really hard AT to play.

hey, devastation are always looking for new recruits, atm we have over 50 members with alot of low-meduim and high level toons, we run strikeforces on a regular basis (almost every night) as well as pvp and inter SG arena battles. our SG base is ready for base raiding just waiting on cathedral of pain.

The whole game AND pvp side is still being 'balanced' the devs cant go changing things because a few heroes dont like the way villains are being play, and yes i agree to you to a certain extent that stalkers shouldnt beable to 1 shot ANY even level players, but then for a melee AT they have pretty low defence, remember, the best defence is a good offence.
there is 3 general kinds of builds in the City Of..genre, PvP, PvE and PvP-E if you are built for a PvE play style there is obviously going to be a downfall for the PvP side and visa versa.

its depends entirly how you like to play your game IMO, teaming/solo or a bit of both, with my scrapper i have both because i do alot of solo pvp. on the other hand with my tank i only have tough because i team with members debuffing mobs and buffing me

Ive fought several Stalkers with my regen scrapper only with dull pain at the ready, once im back at full HP the stalker usually runs if they dont they are screwed

absolutly, my aoe holds are brillaint for what i need them for, me being an ice dominator i use ice slick and single hold/immob stray mobs, and only use aoe hold once the ice slick has ran out and/or if another group has been pulled

from my experiance in pvp with my ice dominator flash freeze is a useless power to have
