I just bought a set of these at the local Sam's Club, they were having a demonstration of how the knife works. Bought the main knife and walked away with about 24 other free knifes and juicers -

it will hurt me on a personal/player level because a few long time players that have become friends will be leaving to Champions. I have seen them less and less and the Beta comes on more and more and the feedback that they are telling me is that they are excited about the game.

There is a real need for review of what is " common" or " rare" and what the cost is of all of it. It is clear that the market is out of whack. It is also clear that the market is designed to benefit gold farmers at the expense of players . I feel like the entire system should be reviewed, it is by far the absolute worst part of the game. I can honestly say that while I do get invited to tons of farms when I am on my Kin, I have only been on a few that friends have run.
You may have issues with the Market in general but I dont think Farmers are the root cause of your concerns -

Rich is relative... Once i start a toon and get to around 50 million then I consider that toon rich, (I remember waaaaaaaaay back in the day when my first toon, my Stoner had 10 million and I though wow what am i gona do with all this money...lol).
I have some very expensive builds but they were made over time. So my 50 million per toon may not seem rich at all -

Not sure what the reason was but I found this 2xp weekend to be the smoothest one yet. I was able to get on anytime I wanted and never once saw the red light.

Hmmm I think I mite have some on a toon that I was going to delete, Not sure if I have three proc's but when i get home i will look at what the toons has and let you know. As I recall (and my memory is not what it use to be) they are pertty low in level.
