Greetings,

The most Influence or Infamy any one character can hold at a time is 2 billion. If you are close to this amount and you attempt to claim an amount that would put you over the cap, the excess will be lost. I see you are currently below the cap, therefore I have just reimbursed you 168,521,364 Influence that you did not receive. You should be able to find it on this character the next time you are online. Please be sure to take note of your Influence total when using the auction house in the future to help prevent this from occurring again.

Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions by updating this ticket.

Regards,

I've heard a lot of people complain about the GMs in this game, but honestly I've only once had a problem that wasn't quickly resolved via petition rather quickly, and it was sufficiently non-critical that I just waited until the week, when I expected them to be less busy. I think we have great GMs for this game.

Finally, something I can agree with you on - the GM's have always been great in this game.
Any & every time I've actually had the need to interact with the GM's over the years, they've been great - althogher it hasn't really been all that often - which is just one more good thing...

Same. I've rarely if ever had to talk to one..but every time I've been in a place to have to..usually during a bugged mission, they were amazingly prompt, polite, and 100% helpful.

Another vote for the great job the in-game GMs do, they have always been efficient except for the very odd occasion they log a villain on in a hero mish and have the flag set to not receive tells from the other side

My experiences with the offline GMs has been much more variable from the excellent:

I rolled a couple of gold tickets, they included a LotG 7.5, and 30 seconds later I DCd. Logged back in, recipes gone, tickets back, rerolled them, utter rubbish. Complained, got the form reply, complained again, senior GM looked on the logs, found the transaction and restored the recipes.

To the less than excellent:

I've been fooled twice with the in-game documentation being utterly wrong and causing me to waste inf or a respec or both. Granite armor stated it was incompatible with SJ, fly, hover, superspeed so I took CJ, a completely wasted pick. That text was eventually corrected, but they refused to grant me a respec to get rid of it so I had to wait for the next issue.

The other one was where I took the stupefy chance of KD at face value and crafted 5 of them only to find they did KB which was a disaster on a melee toon, so I had to overwrite them as I was short of respecs and they made the toon unplayable. Again no restitution for the 70% of my inf I'd just completely wasted because the documentation in-game was rubbish.
