Well, if you want to learn the secret handshake, I think you have to post a screenie of your billion along with you in the shot wearing a monocle and tophat, doing the teabag /em.
But I could be wrong, I'm only a pathetic multi-millionaire.

Despite spending stupid amounts of time trading, I still haven't hit the inf cap yet. I've been trying to get there on a single toon by trading only (minus a small amount of starting capital from playing).
That said, I don't think we've ever had rules about the billionaire club, except that the billion has to be on a single character, and you need to post a screenshot. 1B is a lot of inf, I think it is still a significant achievement even if you've double-boxed and transferred inf from five different toons to get there.

BTW: I want to know why my niche suddenly crashed....Must be the craziness of 2XP. A 20 Million inf crafted IO that was going for 20 million has crashed to around 6 million.

I find that usually, something eventually comes along and breaks the price loose. Sometimes its an event that disrupts supply or demand. Sometimes its someone dumping multiples of something at a low price. Sometimes a dislodged price actually ends up settling at a higher price (though this is usually because of a persistent increase in demand, such as a popular new powerset that calls for a certain set or IO type).
As they say, it seems the only constant is change.

The club is a state of mind. I've crossed the billion influence line multiple times (when it hits 10 figures, it starts burning a hole in my pocket) and I don't feel any need to post a screenshot.

nothing special about it. do a couple gold rolls, get a couple miracles and sell them. 200 mil apiece, you can hit a bill in a weekend. but it don't do anything if you plan on buying purps. heck you might get 2 sets. i just farm for mine, keep the loot. 3 toons purped and haven't bought 1 yet. 
Besides the obvious, I mean, because if it just means simply having 1 Billion influence/infamy, well, redside, I'm about 75% there, have about 350 mill on one char, 250 mill on another, 150 mill on another, and a few others that are in the 40 mill range.
