I'm looking to buy Cloud Senses: Chance for Negative Energy. There are none on the market. Going rate is about 20 million. I'll pay 35 million for each. Hmmm I think I mite have some on a toon that I was going to delete, Not sure if I have three proc's but when i get home i will look at what the toons has and let you know. As I recall (and my memory is not what it use to be) they are pertty low in level.

I think this is one of those pool A recipes that doesn't drop from levels 27-30 during play. Thankfully, you can get them from the redemption of tickets. I have two in my Rad/Dar defender slotted in Nightfall and TT.

I think I have two stored in my base...I'll have to check, cause I know I was using them on my Cold/Ice Defender for a extra push of damage before I spec'd into a defense build. Did the price on those procs recently go up? I know I got them pretty cheap...
