And maybe we would get some purples out on the market again.
-
So what happens when you have 2 mish already taken that you do not wish to complete and you get a mish to kill 50 carnies? If street farming were popluar then those mobs would be much more difficult to find.
-
Try thinking, learning about your foes. Figure out what has mez and what does not. Then use any mitigating attacks on those mobs first. If you have no attacks that offer any kind of mitigation then that was your choice and you should pack around plenty of breakfrees.
Another no here. I would rather have dev time spent on new content instead of a power pool to help make a mage/tank -

To the OP Mako patron is very popular amoung PvPers. Sharks in pvp cause a lot of damage, in mids click the PVP mode button and see the damage it does VS PvE version.
If you don't pvp then the other patrons are prolly better.
[/ QUOTE ]
I was pretty sure ranged attacks got nerfed hard? Last I checked my scrappers impale did 93 dmg in pvp....and so did trow sharks, gloom, lightning, etc for stalkers and brutes I thought.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yea they got hit pretty hard but that flying shark still does decent damage. Just much lower DPA. -
Not sure on the attacking from above. All I could suggest would be take a lvl 50 brute to test and find out. I would but Im too lazy.
-
If it was SR then he probably only came out of hide while Elude was up to give a tactical advantage. Keep moving would be my suggestion.
-
Decent attacks on the cones but take time to set up and a long time to cast.
You can hit footstomp, ball lightning, elec fences and KO blow in the time it would take to cast School of sharks, bile spray and arctic breath. Not to mention the time it takes to make sure the 30 degree cones hit everything.
Time not attacking or lining up cones is time not gaining fury. -

youd be surprised at how many actual good pvprs are still around, some that pose a good challenge too. and this is on victory, where pvp in zones and arena isnt dead, but not at 100% either. xsfer one of your toons to victory, every monday we do fight nights in the arena, atleast 20-30 ppl show up, and its a good time. it normally lasts 2 hours. you will have plenty of challenges there...
[/ QUOTE ]
Not paying 10 bucks to move a toon and another 10 if I don't enjoy that server. But I think I may make one over there. Sigh... time to be poor again. -

Hellincarnate: my level 9 brute killed your lvl 12
[/ QUOTE ]
Damn sai. -
No exact number due to some attacks having a higher chance to crit. Also there is the higher chance vs bosses EBs and AVs. Somewhere around 85% fury I believe is about equal in most cases.
-
You know I think I could actually live with the long animations if my toon was doing something the whole time.
Like if for the first part of TF he did some kind of power up move to show the focus part and did a quick jump and smash I could live with that. If I did more than look at my hands before I punched someone with ET I could live with that.
1000 cuts for example has a very long animation, but it is only really noticable when you miss or when you kill everything in the first few hits. When your toon is always moving, it gives the illusion of speed even when it is not there. -
They are great solo. But on many teams you end up contibuting less when others have alot of AOE being tossed around. If you respec out and skip some low level powers and get a couple AOE attacks from your patron, you end up being more team friendly. But that would be true of just about any AT.
-
Even though we tend to dissagree on the EM issue. I now have more respect for ya clouded. Just hope you realize I was teasing with my previous post.
Edit to add more on topic info: I started a new EM/WP again just for giggles and it is not so bad at the lower levels. I just need to find that mix of attacks that does not feel so clunky at higher levels. Not sure if that mix is out there. -

Aah, but you see, that's the thing... RttC is only a 1.25s duration taunt.
I'm used to Invincibility, which has a 16.875s taunt duration ; by itself, it's already enough to allow yourself to walk to a random mob, go to Icon to make a new costume, run an ITF or two, and still find that first random mob aggroed to you when you're done.
This isn't the best part yet. Unlike the tanker version, Invinc can stack with itself. Activating every second, with a 17s duration.
Some would say that's a bug. They have to be wrong. Something that left so many tankers frantically taunting, jumping around, hitting everything to try to grab the aggro I'm getting by just standing around is obviously a feature.
[/ QUOTE ]
I think you exaggerate how long the taunt aura lasts. It will only last through 2 ITFs if you put a tuant enhancement in there. -
So very sad that I missed that. PvP used to be so much fun. Now most of the people that presented a challange are gone.

No one? I asked if you'd pay merits for it. (Granted I set the price obscenely high initially to see what you were willing to pay.)
[/ QUOTE ]
0 merits but would spend influence, is a shivan more powerful than a respec recipe?i don't think so but i would pay up to 5 million inf for one.(shivan) is that more than any other temp power? i believe it is.
[/ QUOTE ]
So why should a new player without 5 million have to tread through the PvP zones to get the temp powers and you should not? Sorry not gonna fly. Just get them like anyone else. Really it is not that hard. If you hate pvp zones that much then deal with the results of your choice to not enter those zones. -

123 ratings at 5-stars last night, nicely sitting on the 3rd page.
126 ratings at 4-stars now this afternoon.
Losing all the 0-stars was a good first step, but it's not stopping these people.

I would not be supprised if people read this and then 1 stared your arcs out of spite due to this looking alot like whining and crying. -
Odlus, don't bother arguing with idiots. They bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

The game is not played on paper.
When you jump in the air to 1 shot a minion and in the 3.3 seconds it takes to animate your attack somoene esle kills said minion, you do 0 points of damage. That is not figured on paper. Also those numbers are based off of some pretty insane recharge times. Not everyone will be able to attain those kind of damage numbers. On an average recharge, EM is sitting in the middle, even on paper. -
Incorrect. It does not last 10 seconds. With RttC it refreshes every second. That is mainly why the taunt aura sucks. You do have a blip of overlap for server ticks where it gets double stacked. That is where you are getting you 1/8 number from. .125 seconds of overlap every second.
-
Or could go fire/ something else. The name would still fit.
-
If they would just change the punnishment to death by paper cuts on live TV then RMTs would go away in a hurry.
-
It is not a bug. I have seen deflected, dodged and absorbed. I think it has something to due with how badly the mobs missed but I could be wrong.
-
Gotta love those silly procs. There is a chance they would make it not work in RttC. They have fixed similar things beofore.
I miss being able to use chance for stun in speedboost. -

and on a more amusing note. I challenge any of these "the MA doesnt need xp" types to turn off their exp in their options settings and then play AE missions all day. Oh. and any tickets or influence you get You are required to throw away and not use.
[/ QUOTE ]
I have spent upwards of six hours with my lvl 50 Brute randomly picking and playing AE missions. No XP, and negligible tickets. Since I almost never transfer cash between characters, that's about as close to 0 reward as you can get.
[/ QUOTE ]
ZOMG you didnt get XP at level 50?
Do the same with a level 1 -10 and see if you miss getting XP then.
