I've always roleplayed that Shadow Guardinal has a condo in Galaxy City. I'm planning to have her be missing and seriously injured... maybe a classic memory loss scenario... not sure yet but not death.

I haven't been able to get into brutes. I'm not sure what it is about them... the whole fury mechanic probably. I have a level 35 brute and he does ok but my tanks are certainly better at survival and my scrappers are certainly better at damage and my stalkers are more fun to play. I'm sure it's me, not them. SMASH FAST isn't my preferred playstyle and I don't play much with I/O sets.

I only have 1 low-level corruptor. That's just a matter of having never gotten around to having a character concept that fit the AT. Jury's still out... he seems a bit anemic but perhaps he'll get better.

I haven't had the desire to play a kheldian or a spider. I have a widow and she seems like just another scrapper with some team-buff tools. I do enjoy playing her though so that counts for a lot.

I have at least 1 character in the 40's if not 50 of every other AT. I love the variety of play that each one provides.

I haven't played a powerset I didn't like although I doubt I'll do another Regen. I haven't played necromancy or demons and don't plan to (one's ugly and the other too loud). I have one force fielder (my mercs mm) but I doubt I'll do another because the big bubble gives me headaches, especially in caves. I have a stormer and she's ok but I feel like a 1-trick pony. I doubt I'll ever try stone armor because of the way it completely overrides your costume (thank goodness they finally fixed dark armor). Of course, I don't have a ton of characters so it isn't like I've played every powerset yet. There are probably other sets out there I won't like.

My wife has a brute that took it (it was her first SS). She has slowly stopped using it unless we are covered up in ambushes and she wants a moment to breath but usually I beat her to it with a domaination-enhanced Glacier. My guess is that she'll eventually respec out of it.

BTW - I'd love a Gloveslap emote!

I think the servers were just down. At least the server status page showed them all down. I don't think it was ever a launcher issue this morning.

All they do is remove the contact so you can't take new missions but if you have one I'd believe you could still run it (multiple times if you are careful not to complete it). The store is still there too so if you have left over candy canes you can still buy the goodies.

The Ghost Buster weapons had recoil as I recall.

I don't suppose a wand is an option... no, didn't think so.

Has anyone else had random powers take a LONG time to recharge?

I've had Sands of Mu vet power take 5 minutes or longer to recharge when everything else was fine (so I know it wasn't a debuff) and my wife just had her assassin strike stay dim from the end of one mission and 2-3 fights inside the next mission. It seems to be extremely random but very annoying when it happens.

Just curious if anyone else had noticed this. It started happening after the last patch (along with the buff icon problem in another thread).

Same problems here. I even see some auto buffs (like Winter's Gift slow resistance) showing up on the team buff-list even though I have auto-powers turned off.

Also, sometimes when you refresh a buff on someone while the icon is blinking, it never stops blinking. I've gotten where I just let it completely run out and then re-cast which can be a bit of a problem sometimes.

About the same amount of time I would have spent watching TV if not for one game or the other over the last 20 years.

I voted Mirror Spirit and Foreshadow back on like page 3 or something. I'll stick with that.

The only thing really wrong with Swan's costume is the same thing that's wrong with all white, untextured tights - you can see her skin through them.

Fix that (I consider it a bug) so that white costumes are by-god white and it'll go a long way toward making Swan not look like she's naked.

I hate that I can't create a character in white tights without being annoyed by it.

Obviously her assets shifted while fighting bad guys and she hasn't untwisted her tunic yet... obviously.

Man, now that you mention it I can't help but see it. Even the infinity symbol is shifted. *shakes fist at ChristopherRobin*

Wow this thread got long in a short amount of time. I'm sure they've been mentioned by now but Mirror Spirit and Foreshadow have excellent looks to them. I'm so jealous of a lot of MS's costume bits.

I saw a screenie that showed costume slots 6-10 for sale in the new store. I forget how many points it took to buy each one - I want to say it was 800 each? I'm probably wrong but I assume they'd be account-wide like everything else in the store. I'll be buying a few over time for sure.

So... who exactly is the lead dev? War Witch or Positron? Was WW getting promoted just a misdirection? WW was lead dev only for the GR project? I'm confused.

It isn't like it makes you useless. Until recently you couldn't take them through transitions at all.

I'm still old-school and release/resummon between missions from force of habit. However, the few times I've kept them they work fine while friends of mine have it happen every single time. It really seems to matter how quickly you transition.

My theory is that they create the new pets in the new zone well before you get there and they become orphans. I can imagine it would be a real challenge to fix something like that.

I hope they fix it soon. Very difficult for me to see things properly when they are so small on the screen.

At the same time they fix that I hope they fix the old zoom bug where it went back to zooming on the chest all the time instead of the particular section of the costume you are working on.

[Edit] I submitted a /bug report last night on this.

It doesn't matter because this IS a comic book game after all and it is a 7-month arc. One (or more) of them will die during the first 5 months and all be miraculously restored in month 7.

Oh Avatea, we need the August Weekly Strike Targets post updated sometime in the next few days please.

The only reason I ever consider not going with Reactive is on my controllers with Sleep powers and I still haven't decided what to go with for them.
