My last Blaster project was a Energy/Devices and I was unimpressed with the project because the combo would up being more effective than I would have hoped. I'm looking for some help. Right now, I'm considering Electric/Fire, but would be open to suggestions.

I should note, that I do intend to play whatever combo to the best of my abilities and to build it with a reasonable, but not top tier invention build.

    Hands down Elec/Dev.

AR/DEV can at least stack taser + beanbag against bosses.

Edit: My first 40 level toon was an AR/DEV blaster. Man I miss those days....I probably will level up another one. Stacking trip mines all over the place is fun though!
  2. I like playing Defenders because they are slightly different than Corruptors. Definitely a subtle, but different flavor which keeps the game fresh. I can't imagine only playing a Corruptor to be honest.

Edit: When it comes to dishing out damage, flip a coin as it doesn't matter if you choose a Defender or a Corruptor.

When you mean end game you have to be more specific (Incarnate or level 50). Furthermore, AR has fire (Ignite/FT) lethal (FA, Burst) and partial smashing (Grenade Launcher) damage types.
  4. Assault Rifle isn't mediocre.

I am all for help for AR but lets not exaggerate now.

My issues with the set are as follows:

    1. Buckshot's base range needs to be increased.
    2. FT and Ignite to front load the damage.
    3. Full Auto to have a higher target cap.

That pretty much is it really.

    Not really.

Boost Range paired with BR is potentially awesome though.

    Player's Summit

From what I can gather (speculating) Issue 23 will launch very soon and Issue 24 may also be released for the summer (probably July/August). Issue 24 appears to be a big issue with a lot of new stuff. Very interesting summer!
  8. Assault Rifle is fine as is given it is a master of cones. :P

Sonic Resonance on the other hand needs help, because you look at Time for example and see how diversified it is when it comes to buffs/debuffs. Sonic Resoance is very limited and needs an expansion of its tool kit, or needs to have its supposed strengths (eg -Res/+Res) shored up even more.

Energy Melee needs to go back to being the single target king because the lack of AoE is terrible.

Actually the Freedom model allows them to do more unlike the old sub model.

    It's okay because I would.

Support had a role in PVP once upon a time *cries*. Reverting Castle's changes can be done with one Issue. It's not difficult or time consuming.
  11. Revert Castle's changes.

    There, I would PVP again.
  12. Assault Rifle's Full Auto. Hit the button and spin the camera 360 degrees a few times. Can't do that with Fire yo.

  14. I would PVP but spinning my camera 360 degrees while Full Auto running is too much fun for one evening.
  15. Staff is full of win on stalkers. That is all.

They get a confused look on their face and say a slow "Thanks"

It isn't that they're screaming bloody murder over getting freebies, its that to them the freebie is clutter and they would've rather been given a pen.

That said, I'm happy with anything personally, I just want the 8 year badge on my main and another great year of gaming!
I know you are trying to be helpful but....

    Respec value = 800 paragon points = $10.00.

Basically, people are complaining about a free meal. I can't believe I have to take the same side with Golden Girl on a topic...*facepalm*
  17. Now this is a sale I can get behind. We are cooking now.
  18. Ignore the petulant children in this thread Paragon studios team. Free Respecs are always awesome.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
  19. These auras may be the only saving grace of this loyalty program. The helmets are jarring to the eye and are not uniform pieces.

No Issue 22 was more comprehensive in content while Issue 23 has more of a focus.

    This. ^^^

Here is my feedback? Delay the distribution of this reward to refine it such that it actually looks like a homogeneous helmet piece. Right now it looks like a mish mash of pieces and it is jolting to the eye.
  22. Costume pieces define my excitement level for issues, and this one I think delivers IMO!
  23. Please provide an update when you complete the Twinshot arc.
  24. The helmets look like cardboard cut outs with the way the layers are arranged and spaced apart like that. It seem strange to be honest. Helmets should be "tight fits" because they protect the head...they are not headdresses.
  25. New animations or else certain parts of the game starts to become dated. The flurry of new powers since Freedom launched has breathed life into the game. But now I think it is time for catchup with existing power sets to be turned into sleek or even simple for purists.
