Incase I run into an enemy resistant to fire(ill be taking fire as my bullet type) I'll easily just get 2 costumes with different bullet types so the fire resistant enemy will be like haha im strong against you and I'll be like hah sucker i have cyro bullets too! and the enemy im suspecting will be unresisting cold damage so WIN! and yeah it'll make gaming alot more fun like that!

Do you mean like what hero and villain AT would work togther?
if so, when going rouge comes out I think a blaster and a brute work work as long as the blaster doesnt have ice in their combo.
But a group that would absolutely hate eachother is an Ice armor/???? tank and a brute. Cause you know the ice would make fury alot harder to build. -

Hmm. Robots-Reprogrammed, Ninjas-Trained to be heroes (like on the show Xiaolin Showdown), Thugs- As someone said they protect they're community/hometown, Necromancy-Pets are like some other people said willing people or people from the damned or where they go in this game-ology, Mercenaries-Well they went to war to try save but then they like came back to kill these guys(but they come one at a time).
There are good reasons for hero masterminds
and for demon summoning well they already made a huge story about that -

Summary
So on paper Fire Control/Cold Domination seems like a gold mine for soloing tough targets...but is it really? The gist of the threads I have read about Fire Control vs. Illusion Control is that it's Damage vs. Survivability respectively. I really don't know how Imps stack up to Phantom Army damage wise, however Containment through immobilization should give Fire a huge advantage in the damage department.
So with this in mind I started making builds and kept pulling out my hair trying to figure out how to get everything I wanted into one build, but I finally got pretty close to what I want.

I basically got the bare minimum of what I wanted.- 44% defense to Smashing and Lethal isn't as good as 45%...but I am hoping that won't be a problem.
- 31% Ranged defense is not the 45% that I wanted (In a perfect build
) however other aspects are more important.
- 106% Recharge won't get Heat Loss or Benumb perma, however Hasten is a fraction of a second away and I can do without Heat Loss for 5ish seconds and Benumb for 3ish seconds.
Any suggestions? The ultimate thing that I want to do with this build is to solo the Devouring Earth GMs (Not Stropharia). Is that going to be possible with this build? Is my train of thought on the right tracks? Thanks in advance for any advice!

I've noticed that some people are doing this really weird number/letter sequence that if you copy and paste into mids hero/villain designer you get to see they're build but can anybody please inform me on how they do that because I need help enhancing my build but I dont want to spend 50 minutes writing it down. So can anyone please help me out?
the last time I tried asking this thing, I got up in the mornign to find I couldn't find it on the first page (yes I was awake, my brother was next to me watching my tv) so please don't ignore this one and perhaps I may have been sleeping although when I did it i think the time was like 10:30-40 pm.

umm I think for the SGs out there, some SGs have a villain side and a hero side of theyre SG so basically when you create you hero sg you must make your villain sg straight fater you've completed making your hero-side sg. So after you turn villain/hero you go to your hero/villain side of your sg as the same rank as you were as when you were on the other side of the sg so you will keep your rank but it will say that you havent earned any influence for the new SG because... well you haven't.
hope some Dev reads this or something. -
I have a way to stop Gun Runners!
say you bought these really rare recipes from wentworths and you went over to the black market to sell them for a fortune. It wont work because my idea is that if you buy anything from another market you can only sell it back to that market. Basically if buy recipes, salvage, inspirations and other stuff from wentworths you can only sell those stuff back to wentworths and vice-versa. Or if buy something from wentworths and you didnt make that thing into an enh and slot it or when you change sides the recipe and the other stuff you bought just gets sent to the heroside vault until you come back to get it. Some people will realise that they can easily just wen they respect they can get the enhancement out and put it in their inventories, but the deal will be with those enh is either reslot that enh into a power or sell it like you would the other enh u didnt put into your powers. So basically you cant put it in your enh pocket and then sell it to someone you must either slot it or sell it for the price you would receive as if you sold it to the quartermaster/hero trainer

I would recommend getting traps, dark miasma, pain domination, force field and thermal radiation, I say thermal cause its like a bubbler/debuffer. you can buff your pets and keep an eye on the weakening of the enemy!

I can't believe I'm the master of losers -
I was quite disappionted with mercenary alltogether because on my merc/dark I was killing Luminary, by the time I killed Luminary, I had died 2 times, my Commando died 2 times, my Spec Ops twices each, and lost 7 Soldiers.
But..... that was at lvl 31, after that at lvl 32 I got irritated that alot of the powers had a heaps long recharge. Like LRM missile was on a 4 minute timer and you hardely EVER see tear gas, web grenade on spec ops is on a 30 sec timer, and why did they give an aggromatic hand grenade to the medic, the medic should just heal! -
Omg another bug that has not been just happening to me. Instead of them running through the hall, they run through the walls! And they dont listen to instructions when they run off. But.... I found out that if you wait around 10-15 minutes, your pets come back through the elevator. But it's quicker just to resummon, it's still really! annoying
