Help improving my build

Hey. Im looking to increase my build like im planning on PVE and PVP here is my build. If you can try improve it with IOs Ill have 2 sets of purples (no ragnaroks) and change the build abit if it needs to be changed

Umm sorry my fault I should of made it more clear. Could someone please change my build and then show me your finished product of the new and improved build

Are you aware of the diminishing effects that occur when you slot something with 4 or 5 of the same IO? 4 slots on build up, all recharge redux, is a little bit over board. That 4th slot could be doing something much more helpful else where. Same thing with 5 defense buffs on one power. If you take on someone with better stamina than you, i dont think this build will allow you fight very long before being completely drained of endurance.
