We can barely get the media to admit Ron Paul exists. I'd hate to see how they'd react to Nixon's head in a jar.

From that picture it looks less like a aircraft and more like a mech.

There are so many reasons why I don't believe someone would quit because they can't re-choose their archetype and powersets. The main one being; how did they get so far playing sets they don't like that it makes re-rolling look like too much work?

You're afraid of technology and use Unix? I think a galaxy just exploded somewhere.

I thought I would add my two copper to this discussion. I was a bit disappointed at first that IO's for non VIPs would require paying $2 a month. Then I realized my veteran rewards I had earned by subscribing so long should give me access to just about everything except Incarnates should I let my VIP status lapse. So then I was all happy-faced
They are giving quite a few perks to the people who have maintained subscriptions through the years. They didn't have to do that at all. People will always want more for the money they aren't paying. -
I've been following this show and I have to say it has pleasantly surprised me.

It's because Batman hates Booster Gold and wouldn't be caught dead in a power suit.

I really doubt it. She was so horrified by being able to do it at all.

Quote:I just had a great idea for Justice League meets Animal House. Somebody call my agent. Thanks Res.
Points 4 & 5 sound like deal breakers for me. I don't need remakes to stick to 100% of the comic lore but c'mon...
Why not update the new Thor movie to reflect a young version of Thor that heads to Midgard to hang out with a bunch of Norse mythology studying, Mjolnir necklace wearing, frat house partying dudes that do beer bongs out of hammer shaped funnels? He could do battle with their overbearing parents, the evil community college staff members and the rival Loki worshipping frat, 'I Felta Thi'. -
Blaster. They just feel the most like comic book characters to me. Who doesn't like shooting blasts of energy?
-
Not quite. You can buy a G'rai Matter for 150 Vangaurd Merits which can then be broken down for shards.

The way she stabbed the orderly down through the collarbone should have been fatal. I was surprised when the dude lived.

"including an evil organization called Gangsters Imposters Racketeers Liars & Irredeemable Ex-cons (or G.I.R.L.I.E. Men, for short)"
I laughed. -

I'll give this series the old six episode try. If I dont like it after six episodes (I'm looking at you "The Cape") I'll drop it.

This guide in particular is a blaster must read.

Blasters die. Frequently. I have my own key to the city morgue. Learn to run when you lose control of the battle. If you aren't in control, you're dead.

That would be awesome.

I think the channel lost its soul when it got bought by a certain company and then changed it's name. What we are seeing happen is that companies plan to alienate all of its viewers and attract a new crowd. Sharktopus was a masterstroke.

Did I get that part wrong? My WW background knowledge is lacking.

Chicken wire is much thinner. I assume a lasso made by the gods would be thinner and stronger than braiding a bunch of hemp together anyway.
-
I think it will work if they don't do any background filler. In my belief, the reason why a lot of comic movies are bad is the need to tell the origins story. Just skip to the middle and drop hints as to the origin.Imagine the chaos if they try to do 5-6 origin stories along side and actual plot.

Poor Batman and Superman. After all these boots maybe they should star wearing athletic cups.
-
I like the changes they made, but man is that an awkward shot. She looks like she is making a dead run to the ladies room and nothing is gonna stop her.
