No, no really. With Nvidia cards the first number is generation. So 2,3,4,5 is the series. The second number is the type. 2,3,4,are low end cards. 5,6 are medium range gaming cards. 7,8 are high end game cards. So a 260 is better than a 230 and a 430.

I have some of those lights that light up with kinetic energy. You know the kind they put on shoes. I can confirm that alpha and neutron radiation does not make them light up.

I've said it before but I'll say it again here. I find that the tutorial fails to teach anything to new players. Adding all the information about how to play the game to the Twinshot arcs comes way to late to be of use. Just spending 15 minutes in the help chat on Freedom should make it clear to anybody that brand new players coming into the game are having massive amounts of trouble figuring things out.

PCIE 2.0 cards should work in a PCIEx16 slot, just at lower speeds. Or at least thats what my search-fu tells me.

I'm not the biggest expert around but a Core 2 Duo should be fine for running CoH.

Here is $100 card that should let you play on ultra mode just fine. There are quite a few GT440s that are a little cheaper but the GTX 260 out-performs them for $20 more.

Your 2.8ghz processor shouldn't bottleneck that card.

Inspiration drops are tied to Reward Tier lvl as well. Reward Tier 4 grants medium inspiration drops and Reward Tier 8 grants large.

The buttons I don't mind. I just don't like the background. I actually got the old enter world button sound back so that has helped some. It just seems to me like the changes they have made have all been to the generic. I'm not trying to be all "get off my lawn" by trying to change everything back.

Misspellings and the like don't really bother me. What drives me absolutely crazy is not having enough context to figure out what they are wanting. It seems like every tell I get just says "Team". My usual responses range from "Yankees" to "Solo" to "Please tell me in at least 10 words why I would want to come team with you."

I thought I would ask this here. Is there anyway to get the old character select screens back? I find the new ones ugly. I'm referring to the old blue and black city skyline screen.

I had to change faces with everyone of my female characters. All 3 of them. The old faces were not to be found. Now the all look slightly angry. Good thing they are all Scrappers and Brutes.

As an aside my brother was also able to run Alignment tip missions with me. I'm gonna check this evening and see if he can do the SSA with me too.
