Not that I mind this change at all but I have to wonder if it was really a problem worth solving.

I think there should be a 30-40 trial similar to Drowning In Blood, set in Warburg, called Death From Above, where your team goes in to secure a bunch of nukes. The trial should reward you with a nuke temp power.

Yes, they are suppressed when you are hidden. It's great!

Hello GlaziusF,
I've added a bunch of my arcs to COHMR and I would love for you to review them.
They are:
Project Dragon (#522067)
Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend (#114284)
The Murders In The RWZ Morgue (#452144)
Arena (#456200)
Looking forward to see what you think about them. -
I did SSA #3 today on a villainous tanker. The character has always been a villain. The character has confirmed it's villain status 4 times so far, and has never done any other type of morality mission. The reward table didn't let me pick the villain merit. I petitioned it and sent in a bug report. Waiting for a response on my petition now, it has been apparently been escalated.
It's not so much that I missed out on the villain merit but that I now have to do yet another villain morality mission in order to get the correct reward from the other SSAs, and then the realization that I probably have to do this on all my characters if I want to play the SSAs and get alignment merits for it, which I do. If one of my characters has been "reset" it's likely that they all have been. -

We don't need a new icon if the contact would just let us know when we start the arc what rewards we are eligible for. Since the SSA is a TF-type arc we can't do any other missions to switch alignment during the SSA, so it should be safe.

That's when you play the "You don't have all the information!" card and quickly make up some explanation for the contradiction to present later on, with a smug grin, going "Of course I had planned it like this all along."
-
A feedback system for "official" arcs similar to the AE system might be nice though, just to have a direct way to let the devs know if we like or dislike something. Don't make the same mistake as in the AE though, with the star ratings. Just have a like/dislike option and perhaps a message field. I don't know what they would do with this data except maybe make more arcs similar to the most popular ones?

Just because you have a plot planned out far ahead of time doesn't mean that you can't also make up things as you go along. It's obvious to anyone who's done it themselves.

Considering Prometheus' history and reactions towards it the Well is probably Zeus.

I wish Malta could have done all the killing of supers in this arc. It would have been much more appropriate than out-of-nowhere Darrin Wade. Malta would have achieved a major goal and suddenly seemed a bit more dangerous if they wiped out Statesman and Psyche. Director 11 even says in the Apex TF that they are trying to prevent Primal Earth from turning into Praetoria, so it would be perfect if they decided that the only way to do that was to kill Primal Earth's versions of Tyrant and Mother Mayhem, to make sure they never turn bad. Too late now of course. Maybe an AE rewrite of the arc...

Better ending than Mass Effect 3.

You might...

But, to unlock them? Nah, I won't do that. I'll just do ugts. -
Quote:I didn't. I only talked about how it feels for me.You may want to be a little more careful before you present your opinion as an absolute fact.
Quote:It's not "so smooth and effortless." It is to you because you don't care about getting three stacks and earning a guaranteed critical. Considering the they made Assassin's Strike light up when you get three stacks, that should tell you that some of us do. You don't have to want the same as other people, of course not, but please don't try to handwave others' concerns away with passive-aggressive feigning of ignorance.
Quote:Why am I reacting this way? Because you come off as wondering how anyone could possibly have any complaint about this clearly perfect system and that if I have any complaints, then of course that's because I obviously want too much and I shouldn't be complaining. I don't really mind when people disagree with me, but I do appreciate it when they tell me directly instead of looking for looking for superficially polite ways to imply it.
Quote:And I do notice how you ask me for an explanation, yet proceed to ignore every bit of the explanation I've given and discount my entire position by simply restating how wrong I am.
Quote:I hope you'll forgive me for doubting you ever actually wanted an answer to your question, so much as you needed to bait me into saying something you can turn around and ridicule.
Quote:If you actually want to know what this "so called inconvenience" is, I suggest you dispense with your so called politeness and talk to me directly. Trust me, I have a thick enough skin so long as everyone's on the level. And I'll even explain it again if you're actually open to hearing my arguments this time around.
When I play my stalkers I tend to start a fight with a hidden AS, then when AS recharges I will usually have acquired enough focus to make an instant critical AS again, and again, until there isn't anything left to fight. If I haven't got 3 focus charges when AS is recharged I usually fight some more to get the 3 charges but if I see that the ring just turned off and I have a good opportunity I take the shot anyway: 66% crit chance is good enough for me.
My biggest problem with this change was that AS is really expensive endurance-wise, so I would burn through my end bar quite fast from doing so many AS attacks. I can't really complain about that though since I'm also killing so much faster. -
I think I see what I didn't understand before. You keep saying that you don't have focus or that focus is out of synch. You mean that you don't have three charges. I thought you meant that you didn't have any charges. I don't care about getting three charges before using AS and it's working just fine for me. No inconvenience anywhere. It's so smooth and effortless I can't even understand where this so called inconvenience is supposed to show up in a fight.

The circle only glows when it has 3 charges. Even if it just has 2 or even 1 charge it's still worth using it.
-
I wish I could stand behind Sam and see how he plays his stalker because I can't understand the description of his problem. I also can't understand how anyone can consider this change anything but an enormous benefit to a previously near-unplayable AT.

They probably don't want players to have (too many) pets based on "real" enemies, for some reason. Maybe because it's confusing for other players on teams. In any case they would still have to tweak the powers of the pets because the npc versions are waaaay too powerful, so it's not like it's all done and ready to be made into MM primaries.

Unlike the OP I have no real "relationship" with the original Stooges. The trailers have made me laugh which is more than most modern comedies have managed to do, so I am looking forward to seeing this movie.

In that case I think I know what's going on. He's probably supposed to do the pamphlet emote, handing out information about the RWZ to recruit heroes. There must be some kind of glitch.
