[/ QUOTE ]first you need to set up an account with paypal. then you put your details on there and any cards or bank details you want your money taken from or put into. then they do a debit of a pound from that account to verifer that account right whichcan take upto 4 weeks to verifer. once that done you do back to ncsoft and select the paypal payment you want. then fill in you palpay account and password on there payment screen it send them a bill for the game so they pay it and they draw it out the amount from you account.

So my idea is "everything's a nemesis plot" is our Lord Nemesis plots, but 'Not everything is a Nemesis plot' is the Praetorian Mender Silos. But I got no real hard events only what I obtained though these letters

There is a reason for the rejoicing in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles. It is official – NCsoft has completely merged the two games into one game universe. All current subscribers who only had one of the games (City of Heroes or City of Villains) now have access to the features of both games. When City of Villains launched in 2005 as a stand-alone game, it did not launch with an extra subscription fee, so there has always been this feeling that they are closely related. What’s different here is that NCsoft has taken down the barrier where players had to have a City of Villains serial code to make a villain, and vice versa. Now, it doesn’t matter if you bought Heroes or Villains, you can make characters from either faction and experience their unique game content. since the time they fixed the Fusion Generator badge i have been working hard to obtain it.
The easy part was to get the kill for it in pvp but the cost 7,500,000 Prestige was the hardest part, but finally there, so i have gone with the Dimensional Vortex (AKA Fusion Generator Tech) with it placements the empire worth is 20 million prestige and worth every penny

As the ignore system's been in the game from EU launch (and maybe before), and the devs have been enhancing it ever since, it looks like the devs have different ideas about who's meant to be playing their game than you.

So what you're saying is that players should never have any reason to ignore another player?

Situation (I am aware of a situation very similar to this that has happened in CoH within the last year): You and your girlfriend are both playing the game. Another player, who doesn't like you, tries to get you and your girlfriend to split up. You both realise what he's doing, but he doesn't stop pestering either of you.

But all iwant is people to agree on that do use these sytem to have it for tell is this person is ignored by you or is on a Trail account. just a small QoL IMO

if not that message then this this person can not reply back to you, like they got when a villain send a tell to a hero or vice veres

You can type /ignorelist when you need to know who you have in there. You can also see the ones on Global Ignore by clicking on Friends and selecting the appropriate command.

[/ QUOTE ]you like the idea talk to someone that has made a New Alt and you ask that person to join your team but unknowing to you that person is already on you ignore list as it only list global name and not all Toons name. personel i don't get global name for ever person i invite onto a team to make sure there not on my global list or not.

All i want is a QoL thing addd just a simple message to Ignore when you send a tell or what every to a person it just say You have this person on ignore so you get no reply

Well me and a friend had a promblem some how he ignored me as he was talking to me, he could send me tells and nothing say that he ignore me but if i tried to send him a message any in form Tell to toon, global or email it say user has you ignore. it took 3rd person to help reslove the mishap.

All i ask is that when someone trys to send someone on there ignore list it will say you are ignore this person hopeful to stop something like this again and incase you ignored that person and asked to join your team and waiting for a reply which will never come back as they can't reply

last time i asked about this i got flamed to death that it dead broken and never to return...... but i still beleieve

[/ QUOTE ]you get a bill every 2 weeks saying you need to pay by this time & date which is normal two weeks in advances, if you past that date and time it will say you rent was due on this tme and date. Best to let you base go dark to pay the rent save you a small fortune

I know, normally that would work but the flier is only in the zone for a few minutes. It's hard to get enough people interested in such a short time. Getting them to log, to the right zone, to the location. Besides there seem to be only a few farmers inside Grandville at any times and they usually don't give a monkey's behind about badges. Just checking now whether the Flier spawns at a certain time frame, if it does it should be lots easier to catch up with it

[/ QUOTE ]No you can do any villains Respec in any order, but you get the badges in one order Thorn Robber, Thorn Thief and Thorn Usurper. you can either do 3rd, 2nd and then 1st respec mission or 3 3rd respec and still get the badges/respec.

If you try to do 3 1st respec but are below lvl 33 you will only get 1 respec due to the fact you have not reach level requiments for the next respec.
