No wonder people think Defiant villains is dead.
Grandville seems to be filled with farmers.
Guess I'll keep chasing the Flier out of the zone on a daily basis until the day i get very lucky and it spontaneously explodes and grants me the badge

I would join you but my main Villain is only level 22. So not much help.
Once I have leveled them some more i would be interested in helping you.
I would love to help do this, but my main villain is only lvl 25 
and I'm woefully slow at levelling (if there's an opposite to powergamer, then thats me!).
does anyone organise GM hunts on villain side ? I took part in one (after robot rampage) on heroes and would love to give it a go in villains.
With the global announcement for zone events it might just be worth sending out a broadcast in Grandville and sending out a few /tells to try to garner some interest at the time rather than hanging about waiting for it to turn up.
I've long maintained that if GMs were made to be worth the effort it would be easier to get teams together - as it is once they have the badge people tend to lose interest, and not everyone is interested in the badges to begin with. Good luck anyhow.

I know, normally that would work but the flier is only in the zone for a few minutes. It's hard to get enough people interested in such a short time. Getting them to log, to the right zone, to the location. Besides there seem to be only a few farmers inside Grandville at any times and they usually don't give a monkey's behind about badges. Just checking now whether the Flier spawns at a certain time frame, if it does it should be lots easier to catch up with it

Sure thing, the problem is there can be people interested in this badge that can be playing heroside or even Union at that time, the solution is Defiant Events, just a quick shout and we all will be ready to destroy it lol.

Sorry I didn't reply to you sooner. I've been meaning to do so since I first saw your message a few days ago, but when I log off the game itself in the early morning hours to check up on the forums, I tend to have so much trouble connecting to them that I often give up trying to post anything. 
Anyhow ...
After they implemented the Hero and Villain Zone Event Messages in Issue #12, perching on top of the statue of Lord Recluse in front of the tower all day, evening, night and morning, hoping and praying for the Grandville Flyer to spawn, fortunately became somewhat redundant. (You do have Villain Zone Event Messages enabled I take it?)
What I think you should do, is to subscribe to the Defiant Events and DefiantBadgers channels, and if/when you see the "Arachnos Flyer patrol beginning in Grandville." message on Villain Zone Event Messages, shout out on both channels that you wish to take it down.
I usually have a Mastermind on stand-by in Grandville in case anybody needs help with it, and it shouldn't be too difficult finding some more people unless they're all really, really busy with a Strike Force or a Respec Trial or something. 
Also, the Grandville Flyer fortunately isn't too hard to take down, (I kinda suspect they've stealth-nerfed it at some point,) and unless you have really slow loading times when zoning or logging over, there should be enough time to do so before it flies off and despawn.

Yeah, This was a good tip. Didn't know about this channel and Defiantbadgers always seems a bit empty.

Cause this would be dull at hell, perhaps we could hunt PP's, TT's and such in the zone while we wait. Possibly going to Nerva to get Caleb since I noticed he did spawn once a while ago.
So I want to know, who is up for this attempt and any suggestions on time and date are welcome as well.
