Please. apparently infamous for bugging. Would like to attempt a smooth one soon 
Happened to me lots, Hence the reason in not doing this SF that much. Is a shame though is a very good SF and a fix would help alot for it.

I started a thread about this just recently but I'm afraid there was no redname reply.
A SF is a high profile game activity. Needs fixing ASAP, or they need to disable it entirely. IMHO.

Don't want to start a flame war about this, tho.
Happened to us again today, after waiting for over an hour for a reply to any of our petitions the whole team quit. But just 10 minutes later someone turned up to help us, would be nice to have this fixed. Because waiting for so long for a reply is not what you expect for paying customers, what makes it worse is the badge is needed for a accolade otherwise i would avoid it at all costs.

Once again this mission seem to like to put the crystal and last mob on the other side of the wall where we can't get to, is there going to be any updates on when this is going to be fixed?
