hmmm. point.
I'm going to go with my 'stealth-suppressing cameras and +perception patrols' solution, I think.

Excellent choice, miss.
And for dessert?
Perhaps you'd like to try the creme brulee. -

This has been my experience. Got the lackey badge very quickly. Healing on the other hand... many members well into their 30s, lots of healing powers (and healing going on), still no first healing badge. From the progress bar, we're months away from getting it, too. Seems like millions upon millions of hit points healed is a bit extreme for just a "first" badge (and an auto-doc). I can only guess that the second one will take at least a year with billions of hit points healed.
[/ QUOTE ]
Granted, assuming you're talking about the villainside, remember that the Villain ATs are less genrally geared towards healing than Heroes, generally speaking. -
Very interesting layout. I likie.
Honestly, one of the things that there's been too little discussion of is base layout. It's been seeming to me that for base raiding purposes, layout could very well be an important determining factor in the relative success of a given base in repelling raiders.
I'm not just talking Defensive rooms, although that would be definitely a part of it. I'm talking about principles like Line of Sight and connectivity.
At these early stages, it's easier to ignore since we're mostly working with the small plot sizes. However, decisions made at these early stages could have substantial strategic and tactical consequences later on. -

Now what about these client crashes when zoning, looping sound effects, etc?

Those can also be traded or crafted from Salvage.

I've been wondering about this but haven't seen it answered on any other thread: If you have the mission computer, can you run the Silver Mantis task force more than once? I ask because we have more than 8 people in our group who would want to do it, and eventually others will be in the right level range. It seems like you SHOULD be able to run it more than once, but I don't want to assume anything here...
[/ QUOTE ]
You can run Silver Mantis to your heart's content, 24/7.
Cathedral of Pain is schedule-limited, but not Silver Mantis. -
Ladies and gentlemen and undecided asexual undead persons, the Establishment Home Office is now open for business.

wasn't there supposed to be a non-IoP TF on it as well? Is it not available to CoH SG's?

The Heroes' SG TF is not yet available. -

Why does everybody put the tech control and power items in their arcane basees? There are arcane versions that don't clash with the surrounding you know.
[/ QUOTE ]
/em shrug
Familiarity, I suppose.
Although, there are arguments to be made for mixed-tree bases. -
Well, those decorating sets mesh a little more explicitly with the Tech and Arcane functional placeables and craftables.
Perhaps it might take a little more creativity, a little more time, and a little more Prestige for more base designers to get comfortable and familiar with mixing the functionals with, say Sewer or Office decor. -

Oh, dear. You definitely win for teh stylish.
I mean, we went to all that trouble to get the stripper poles and full bar in -- but really, the solid oak modular construction of dorm room furniture toootaly wins.

1. You take the salvage you have and make the basic components on your Basice Tech/Arcane Table. Some things you can make out of it. I made some type of pylon, but it all appears to be the same thing. Or same sets of things.
2. You The go to your Intermediate Tables and craft those parts and combine them to make better equipment.
3. Finally you take the stuff that you've crafted from the Intermediate Table to improve with the last table.
[/ QUOTE ]
Not quite.
All three crafting tables carry Component and Final Item recipies.
There are more than a few items, such as the Mission Computer or Basic Telepad, that require only the Basic Worktable to progress from Salvage through to a final, working item.
SGs don't necessarily need the Advanced and Expert tables right off the bat in order to start crafting.
