    Here is what i suggest... you might wanna change up a few power and maybe some slotting. Here is a ok cheap build for you to work with if you like. Also KB protection is almost a must.. mgiht as well if your going to spend any kinda money on the blaster. Also with this one you will get to bout 1520 HP w/ accolades. Wasnt really trying to go for HP just functionality and KB.

  6. just so ya know its a hell of alot easier if you power either a link or the data chunk for a build then that output there...

    Something you mgiht try out is take the ice epic for hiber hoarfrost and ice shield (and mandatory sleep or toggle slow (which cna be handy) and instead of phase or leadership pool take fighting pool and pick up kick and tough.

    arena bugged?

    CONGRATS!! You just won by a technicality!!! What you expericenced is what is called sudden death. What is sudden death you might ask... some added 'feature' you cant turn off in the arena. If you are tied in any kind of match in the arena, and the match timer runs out, everyone in the match loses all but 1 HP. Theoretically what should happen is that the next person to land a hit wins.... What noramlly happens tho, if ppl are paying attention, is that yall will run off and try to heal up or phase....

    Works the same as zones... its tied to the rep system, so yes if its a rep worth kill in arena you will get a chance for a drop.

    The only thing about this idea is that an sk would not get any additional reward for facing far greater risk. That wouldn't always be the case but if it were ever true it would be disheartening. People will go fight Hellions instead of Nemesis if that is the case. Now there will still be the cases where players door sit and don't face any risk at all, but that situation isn't restricted only to "bridging".

    Considering people can make missions in AE that auto bridge for power leveling purposes, I don't see the logic in tackling normal old school hardly used any more bridging. But because this is the internet I can make a sweeping DOOM claim without all the facts. So either a lot more overhauls are on the way that go beyond bridging or players that are actually "playing" will be hurt by this.

    As always I reserve the right to change my stance at any point in the future that will continue to allow me to be correct or prove I would have been correct except for some totally unforeseeable detail that may or my not actually be unforeseeable.

    Non-AE farming is the only thing that uses bridgeing in this game in that sense of the word. All they would have to do is either remove the thing that requires you to be within an average of 5 levels (remember how it used to be 10?) or auto sk the rest of the team to a minimum level. To PLers it will have no effect on them unless the devs do something totally illogical (which now that i say that it will effect more then PLers since ... ya...). So I think the real question is why are they thinking of doing this? What is the point?

    new pvp drops

    Just so you all know... as long as they didnt change the drop rate before they purposely broke ppv drop when i15 went live, the drop rate SOLO was averaging 1 in every 100 kills. On an 8 man team that would sorta equal 1 in 800 kills (but if you get a drop it takes you outta the pool of who the drop would randomly go to so just to keep it simple ill say that...).

    Now factor in typing that to rep only kills. Solo that means you should still average about 1 drop every 100 rep gaining kills. With the patch on test you farming (or in some ppls cases) or getting farmed by the same ppl that means you will never get rep from them and never a chance for a drop except when there is a 5 min downtime between kills. So that pretty much makes it 1 chance for a drop (if you get the first kill and wasnt killed before you killed them.. you currently get put in rep suppresion if you get killed by someone...) for every new person in zone...

    So if you somehow kill 100 dif ppl you might get a drop... but ya.... so instead of averaging 1 drop every 100 kills ppl are averaging prolly closer to 1 drop every 1000 kills or so SOLO...

    Well, the damage cap on tanks IS currently 400% (depending on how you calculate it, of course).

    In any event, don't count on any caps being raised. If you were to ask me, I'd actually suggest lowering the magnitude of certain caps.

    Im refering to the number you see that blues out when you pop a bunch of reds or some other huge damage buff.

    Wrong. The 'rule of 5' is only if there are more then 5 of the bonuses with the same name. The name that shows up in your info (the huge list some ppl have with all their bonuses). So if you get more then 5 7.5% recharge bonuses with dif names you get the buffs still. If they are all named the same you dont.

    And second off powers that KB get DRed too, so that 7.79 will get DRed a about the same rate as your KB protection... actually its alil steeper for KB powers...
