You definately want Stamina and Transferance, they are both incredibly useful. Conserve Power would be a waste of a power slot, I strongly recommend you get something else - you won't need it.

It's 5%, but I don't think that defence debuffs from different attacks stack.
[/ QUOTE ]
Just reread the post where I thought it said that, and the defence debuffs do stack - did think it was rather odd. -
The power selection looks fine, except you won't need Conserve Power as you have got Transferance to sort all of your end problems. There are a few slotting issues (no damage in your sing?), instead of listing them here it's shameless plug time...take a look at my grav/kin guide.

In General, all debuffs from different powers used by same source, same powers used by different sources, and different powers from different sources stack. However, debuffs from same power and same source do not. There are few exceptions, and also things like tar patch and freezing rain stack with themselves as the multiple summons count as different sources.

I know that, but I think I had seen something a while ago saying that BS attack debuffs don't stack. Not 100% sure on that though. -

Its been said before swipe will follow barrages animation, but who knows by how much.
All good changes, though I would have thought Eviscerate would have been looked at, it maybe is. Just seems for such a long animation, small damage, the x2 chance to crit, never seems to actually crit and the aoe part of it is tiny. Its a cone right? So despite me spinning over and my arms slicing roughly..4 mobs across I only ever seem to hit the one right in front of me.. Meh I only just got the power so should probably wait to comment..

This is the first detailed description of the Claws changes.
Eviscerate is fine (except for the animation), the damage is just higher than Focus, it does crit often and it is easy to get it to hit multiple foes with a bit of practice. -
_Castle_ has outlined the changes to Claws in I7:

Some folks took one of my posts to mean that Claws sets for Heroes and Villains were being reduced in DPS. This is not true! The statement was along the lines of "My changes made it TOO good, so I have to tone them down a bit."
Here are the major changes coming in I7:
Swipe: Changed animation to a Two Hit swipe. Cast Time reduced to 1.5
Strike: New Animation, basically a stab to the midsection. Cast Time is 1.17 seconds.
Slash: Uses Strike's old animation. Cast Time 1.33 seconds.
Hope you all like it.

Sounds good! -

For general all round safty you probably want inv, its weaknesses are few in comparison. The most dangerous thing for a regen scrapper is -recharge from quicksand, or spines, or ice attacks. Auto hits are the bane of SR (Envoy of Shadows is just a waste of mission slots, and when you do his missions you feel like a leach. A scrapper that cant get into melee isn't the best addition to the team) The defence changes of I7 should help SR a bit, but I dont see it catching up Regen or Inv on the general safety side.

Possibly even worse is -regen from mobs such as Malta -

What's the base +RES of MoG then? Because my hero planner shows it as 40%, which would mean it couldnt cap the RES even with three SO's...
[/ QUOTE ]
It's 70%. Definately. -
That's a good build except that MoG only needs one res enhancement. I have 3xDefBuff in it just to be on the safe side (although this will change after I7).
-
Claws has knockdown, that can also be a useful control! (please don't forget about claws!)
-
Yes, you seem to be quite the fan of MA/regen...
-
Just one end reducer, the defence buff is so small it's not worth slotting.

well what u may not know is that there wil be 3 fire/radiation controllers, AV's wil have naff accuracy to extreme and if they do hit us it wont be much and with us 3 in a group with 3 AoE heals we wil be fine, i bte in june or july when we r lvl 50 holding AV's wil be easy. the only reason u say u cant perma hold and AV is because when it turns on its defense, but if we start out holding it, it wont be able to turn it on!
[/ QUOTE ]
Once again, you can't. -
Secondary-wise, I recommend you pick up Murky Cloud asap as it will protect you against energy, negative energy, cold and fire attacks as well as endurance drain.
Your shields need to have 3 damage resistance SOs in them when you can afford the influence and slots. -

Spines does the most damage, Regen takes the most. Spines/Regen is like mixing two really awesome things together.
Imagine Chuck Norris and Mr. T in the same TV show at the same time!

I always thought Broadsword did the most damageIf it hits a critical in PvP, can one shot anything except something with Dmg Res or high HP. But One of the most dynamic combo's is Martial Arts/Regen. Levels very quickly, got mine from LvL 1-35 in under 2 weeks.
[/ QUOTE ]
Broadsword is better single-target damage, but nothing can beat Spines for AoE destruction. -
[ QUOTE ]
just jumped on this post and getting the general idea, u cant perma hold an AV but since i5 my fire/kin with no support can last longer against an AV than a tank with no support. i say no support because since i5 a tank cannot tank an AV without support no more than a controller
[/ QUOTE ]
You said "an AV", you didn't specify which one. -
Shamless plug time! Take a look at my grav/kin guide for the Gravity Control side of things.

Acrobatics definately. You'll love it.
As to the original question, get Cloak of Darkness over Stealth. No movement penalty and a few other bonuses as well.
