You mean Vigilance, yeah? And yes, they do.
If you're short on endurance just stop healing/buffing/debuffing for a bit. Remember, your team is expendable, you aren't. Don't tell the other ATs!

Sometimes, I think about picking Fallout and Recall Friend, and tell people of my team "Stay dead! You're more useful that way."
we used to do that with vengeance, just tp a dead person around using it.
was quite fun, especially if the dead person needed to go afk for a while
