Cloak of Darkness or Stealth?

Hi LEvel 28 scrapper with dark armour, just wanderign what people thought of Cloak of Darkness against Stealth?

Is Cloak of Fear worht considering or maybe shoudl i head towards, acrobatics maybe?

Acrobatics definately. You'll love it.

As to the original question, get Cloak of Darkness over Stealth. No movement penalty and a few other bonuses as well.

As a DA scrapper get Acrobatics ASAP, unless you find it fun to lie on your back doing nothing.

As for CoD vs Stealth, pick CoD any day.

CoD:
+Stealth
+Perception
+Res(Immobilize)
+DEF Melee, Ranged (3.25%)
Endurance Cost: 0.23881 end/sec

Stealth:
+Stealth
-Speed
While attacking
+DEF Melee, Range (1.25%)
While stealthed:
+DEF Melee, Range, Lethal, Smash, Cold, Fire, Energy, Negative Energy, Toxic (2.5%)
Endurance Cost: 0.3203 end/sec

So yes, pick CoD.
-higher defense that doesnt get supressed.
-no -speed
-extra perception
-extra immobilize protection
-lower endurance cost (you want this as a DA scrapper)

But i'd take acrobatics over CoD any day of the week. even on sundays!
