Yeah, when I've popped in to Warburg the past two or three weeks (evening to night) it's seemed pretty dead.

We actually got a good dozen plus on Defiant last week just by killing a bunch of scrappers a few times.

I doubt it's a +Dam(Base) because that'd screw with enhancement modifiers, surely. More than likely it's just a big Damage buff higher than 40% odd with some decent set bonus'. So instead of getting 100dam/80acc/40end/40rech you could maybe get 110dam/95acc/60end/60rech.

Won't happen. Didn't on Stalkers. Likewise Total Focus there doesn't get a full crit bonus. Besides, I'd rather new sets than old ones copied over.

That being said, I'd rather new sets that weren't always Smash or Lethal. Some Lethal/Psi (or Lethal/Energy) damage type stuff like the vanguard swords would've been nice.

For PB(U), trollers have a higher modifier (1.25 instead of 1 for defenders) and the buff is Modifier * (1 + 0.01*[Level - 1]). So it's 186% for trollers (at level 50) and 149% for defenders.

This is what I believe, at least, since I last did the math.

It was possible to pretty much ignore a Kat scrapper on my Empath Pre-Inventions unless they got a few crits, so yeah. S/L is a bit naff vs Defender or Controller APP's, especially Katana.

Geas is massive +ToHit, it'll basically negate any +Def buffs.

Teleporters to PvP Zones, imba-stores of IO's and HO's as well as T3 Inspirations. Base Raids (hahahahaha yeah)

Small Secret Location (12.x16). We can go to the Large Secret Location, but there's no point as we're at the storage limit.

Probably the War/Pimp room.

I designed it.

One major redesign (to what it is now). It was redesigned for base raiding, aesthetics and because we had to store more awesome stuff.

An IoP, some more Teleporters I guess.

What we have now, but better and bigger. With more storage.
